I've gone to this store ever since it opened. I usually order a Frappe and 9 times out of 10 their frappe machine isn't working or they don't have ingredients (it's usually the machine) I go to the 24 hour McDonald's down the road at factory Lane and have never left without it. I can honestly say I will no longer go to the Crestwood McDonald's, it's just unacceptable how often they can't make a frappe. Why even have it on the menu?

i came here after a night at work to get something to eat and I pulled up and waited a good 5 minutes in line to take my order when no one else was there, at the end of it he said to pull to the first window so i did and waited for another 5 minutes while no one was there. I then saw him stick his head out and stare me down, i pulled up and was joking about it and how i heard him say first window and he did not say a single word to me, it was extremely impolite and not awesome.

You're employees take the front parking every day that should be used for customers. It's extremely rude as you're here all day and should be parking in the back. Have some common courtesy for the stores customers.
I am on a low-sodium diet. Fortunately, the McDonald's Filet is a sandwich I can fit in my daily sodium planning. Today, the service was friendly and efficient. Five vehicles ahead of me and I was on my way within eight minutes.

Clean restrooms, but the hand sanitizer packets in the bathroom all expired in 2022. I had an allergic reaction on my hands and I'm pretty sure it was because they are expired.

The best and cleanest McDonald’s that I’ve been to. Very clean and nice every time I come here. I rode my bike here one day and the outdoor seating is good and there are handicap seats outside and inside. Love it!Parking: 3 handicap parking spots

I had went through the drive through and I thought they forgot my straw because I had to take the lid off my drink in the car but when I went to throw my bag away at the gas station I saw there were three straws in the bag!! LOL!!!!
