The worse wings ever from this chain. Over half of the order were naked. Almost like they had a shortage of the sause. Ordered 38 I think, and only ate 6 and had to toss the rest.

VERY nice young men working there and I was in a very bad mood and with my 85yr old dad who had just yelled at me in the car on way there. The worker asked what I wanted on my half of the pizza and I wouldn't say much because I was so upset still.
The worker proceeded with nothing but professionalism and treated my 85yr old Father with respect and patience. (While I just sat there moping)
Thank you to the mature and good employees there that night which I believe was around May 8th.

THIEVES. I placed an order on 4/23/24 that included a $4 tip for the delivery driver. Somebody at the restaurant added an additional $6 tip to my order after the fact. I had to spend the time disputing the charge through my credit card company, filing a fraudulent charge complaint with Papa John's corporate, and filing a police report. Check your credit statements after an order, because apparently even with an app order they can add additional charges.

This is a reserved parking spot that this young delivery boy refused to leave when I caught him before he even got out of his car as I was trying to park with my groceries and my one year old. He needs to park in a guest spot that is terrible as human being let alone someone on the clock for a food service industry. Guy if you see this… next time I’m going to be really mean and block you in then sit there and videotape you upset.

Received a coupon for a free medium cheese pizza for a prior delayed delivery. Tried to call it in and they couldn't find any record of it and told us it's probably from corporate even though we only order from this store.
