This is a reserved parking spot that this young delivery boy refused to leave when I caught him before he even got out of his car as I was trying to park with my groceries and my one year old. He needs to park in a guest spot that is terrible as human being let alone someone on the clock for a food service industry. Guy if you see this… next time I’m going to be really mean and block you in then sit there and videotape you upset.

This location does not know how to make a well done pizza. As a former papa John’s employee, I know that the pizza typically comes undercooked, at least by my standards. So I order it well done; however, my pizza is not only not well done, but it’s under cooked. EVERY TIME. So let’s learn how to make a well done pizza. There’s a slot in the middle of your oven, go ahead and put your pizza in there. Let it go through from the halfway point, then let it go all the way through another time from the beginning. That’s how you do your job, you’re welcome.

I keep giving them changes but most of the time something is wrong here with the pizzas I have ordered in the last year. The pizzas have been undercooked and barely any sauce, it is mostly dough and undercooked cheese and I'm sorry but that's not a pizza. Also, several times the pizzas aren't cut all the way. Why is this so difficult? Why isn't a manager checking pizzas as they are being made to make sure the staff is doing what they are supposed to? For as much as Papa Johns charges now, this is ridiculous. I wish there was another pizza delivery company nearby.
I got take out for lunch here. Manager was great and so was the other staff. Quick and friendly just like you'd want.

I wasn't impressed this time. We got a large because the medium didn't come in the thin crust. There was too much sauce on this pizza and it was too sweet. I only ate 1 slice and a half and my mother ate one slice, the rest went into file 13. Also, it was too expensive to have it delivered less than one mile down the road (I was tired and didn't feel like driving at the last minute). The pizza was $14.00 with the taxes, fees with tip it was over $24.00, door dash prices and I didn't order from door dash. It was regular delivery. Not sure if I will order again bc of the sweet sauce but if I do, I'll pick it up...

husband and I ordered 2 pappitas and when it was delivered, they had only brought us one. when the driver went back and got the other one, it was deliver and had hair in it. absolutely disgusting.
