Best lunch I’ve had in a long time !! Food was fresh and delicious and different combinations than other deli places. Service was excellent! We will be back.
Derrick went ABOVE and Beyond for my child! He found out my son was allergic to some of the ingredients and he took it upon himself to make the red sauce from scratch :) thak you Red pepper for going the extra mile!

They have excellent food. I love the bow tie pasta. Everything there is delicious and they have the food ready when I get there. They are friendly. I’m extremely pleased.

First time there I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and as soon as I finished, I went up and ordered another one. My wife has only tried the diamondback and eats that every time we go now. Sides are incredible as well.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in a local establishment.
I have been here several times but will not be back. I understand that you run out of things, no big deal so I ordered something new as did my daughter.
Then I get my bill…. Almost $32 for two sandwiches and two sides of pasta salad????
FTR we got waters to drink.
I pay and even tip 20 percent to be nice only to have my sandwich delivered burnt and by an unfriendly worker that literally DROPPED the baskets on the table without a word a walked off like we offended her. I truly hate to post this review as it’s a hometown establishments but sometimes you just have to be honest and hope it helps.

My wife and I visited Red Pepper Deli in Crestwood, KY for the first time. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, just a steady flow of guests. When it was our turn to order, we weren’t greeted—just met with a blank stare, which felt a little unwelcoming.
After placing our order, a different staff member handled the payment. Our total was $31.01, and I handed her $32. She gave me $1 back, which I added to the tip jar along with a few extra dollars. However, the original staff member who took our order then told me I was short a penny, which was confusing since I was given $1 in change and had already tipped.
The way it was addressed felt unnecessarily rude and left a sour impression. At that point, I honestly considered taking my tip back and suggesting he use that to cover the penny.
On a positive note, the food was enjoyable. I had the Rosa wrap, which was good, and the bacon ranch pasta salad was especially delicious.
While the food quality was solid, our initial interaction really impacted the overall experience. Hopefully, just an off moment, but it did affect our impression.

Food was good, but the tables were all in serious need of a wipe down when I was there.
