It was a little quiet today, but even though it was late-ish (8 when they close at 9:30) the service was fast and excellent and the food was delicious as always.
If you haven't tried the swan roll, you should!

Owner is verbally abusive to his staff. It’s awful and doesn’t care if it happens with customers!
Only one server for the entire establishment. Needless to say, it takes forever. Not worth it, drive 15 more minutes to Osaka.

Best crunch munch I’ve had in a while! Rivals Sake Blue. Great vegetable fried rice that had carrots, broccoli and asparagus. It was our first time here and we will be back soon because we will crave it!!

My past experiences with Rikishi have been wonderful- food, service, environment. However, our last trip resulted in severe food poisoning. I recommend better management of food safety and a more careful Back-of-House staff. Unfortunately, we will no longer be clientele of Rikishi for some time, until we can trust that this will not be an occurrence again.
Steak very fatty. Prefer the sushi but prices went up.

I hadn't been to rikishi in ages and I have to say, everything was significantly better than I remember! The food was fresh and delicious, and I have to have a hot sake with my sushi ? Will definitely be back!!

So much sauce is poured over the rolls that it can definitely take away from flavor and hide missing ingredients. My wife started opening up all the rolls looking for the shrimp. She was told by the chef that various parts were shrimp that she then opened up to show it was rice. They offered to make another roll, but the contention was already there and the last thing you want is those same people making food for you in the back. Hard to feel trusting. Never again.
