They did not give me a full cup of coffee. They had filled only half the glass. Since I was in drive through and had already left the place, I could not go back to get it fixed.

The food and drink were normal, but the place itself was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and out of soap. The walls were damaged and there was urine everywhere. By looking at the other reviews I can see that this place has been like this for awhile.

Avoid at all costs. Hands down the most disgusting, unsanitary Starbucks ever. Came to get food and drinks on a road trip and could not purchase anything due to the entire store being gross and grimy, and the bathrooms being super nasty. There’s no way this place gets cleaned properly. I came to share and saw many similar reviews over the past year. Corporate comments the same reply every time, so clearly they’re aware but not implementing changes.

Dirty restroom, menu items unavailable even though they allow ordering them in the app. Starbucks is usually pretty consistent but this location has problems, avoid it if you can.

My husband went through the drive-through to get me a venti iced caramel macchiato around 6pm tonight. He said his order and the girl on the intercom was heard over the intercom laughing with a coworker. She asked him what size (even though he had already said venti) because she couldn't hear him over her cackling. When he pulled up to get the coffee, she had made a hot macchiato. He politely said he wanted an iced macchiato to which she said, "you didn't say that." Keep in mind he did say that at the beginning, but she couldn't hear him over her laughing. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to push blame on my husband. Also, she took the hot macchiato and just poured it directly on ice... which melted pretty quickly. This is unacceptable behavior. I've worked in fast food and I know when customers are difficult. This was not one of those occasions... this employee was not trained properly. Do better Crestwood Starbucks.

Weekend shift doesn't make drinks like the day shift during the week. I didn't realize there was that big a difference, and this isn't a $1.49 a cup at 5 star, across the street.
Drinks i assume "made by a barista". Who trains them?....
Grande "vanilla iced coffee" had no vanilla, and my wife's Trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew was horrible.

Wanting to grab a coffee on your way to work? Don’t come here. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Every time I have been thru the drive thru, it’s at least 15-20 min. I could go to a sit down restaurant and have a whole meal served to me in the amount of time it takes to get a coffee here. And last time they gave me the wrong bites. Thought it was just a bad day for the store, but came the following week and was stuck in the drive thru for 20 min again. No joke. Ridiculous. And never “sorry for your wait.”

Not enough parking space just front of store some parking but if you park you car and drive thru busy you will not get out from that parking lot need to improve parking space
