I seen an employee belittle a delivery driver. She is never smiling. She seems like she hates her job. People like her should not be aloud to work front counter.

Waited 20 min for my 4 items. 4 people working behind bar. 3 of them leaning on the counter or looking at their phones as I waited for my order. They were not slammed. They were not busy. There was no line. So disappointed. The audacity to show me the tip screen after waiting that long? Ooof. Won’t be returning.

Great coffee and my dog loved the pup cup! As soon as I started drinking the hot caramel Macchiato, I stated waking right up. I hads hours to drive so this coffee helped me achieve it and my dog was in Heaven with her pup cup. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The person at the drive through window was very rude. I had a drive thru pick up and she could barely do that right. It just didn’t feel like she wanted to be there and felt like she was mad I was there interrupting her talk time. This was Oct. 1. Have to come back because it is close to me. Wish I didn’t have to.

This Starbucks has always been a favorite for me right off Interstate 71! Their service is speedy and things get done very quickly! Even with a spill in the cafe, like my last visit, they still had my drinks done in 5 minutes with plenty of other customers in the place! Awesome location and above average!

Ive been going to this starbucks for years (only one i will go to) and i love everyone here so much. I know theyre forced to write on cups :( but they always write such cute things and it always makes me so happy, and everyone is so nice. They are also very quick with the drive thru and mobile orders and the drinks are always made very good and correct :)
