If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered footlong meatball sub, they only had enough meatballs for 6 inch but said they had more, after waiting 5 minutes they gave us half sandwich and said they would bring other half out. When they brought it out meatballs were still cold. Never again will I go there.

I called to place an order for pickup was willing to pay for it in advance and I live 10 minutes away from the store the first of all I could not understand the lady that answered the phone at all she mumbled a lot and had a very thick accent she was super rude so then I went online and ordered got there and she didn't even ask me for the receipt or my name all I did was point me in the direction of the sandwiches when I said hey I'm here to pick up an order I placed online the when I arrived home neith sandwich was labeled so without opening one i could not tell which one was which very poor not satisfied worst subway experience ever

Tried to give them another chance. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE all I got was pretty much bread. 12" Sandwich had MAYBE a scoop and half of tuna on it. If your not there to have it made infront of you chances are they will skimp on the portions.

Went back last night since the subs were so good the first time. The service and food were still good BUT I was overcharged for one of my subs. I was charged just over $10 for a 6" ham and cheese sub. It was hard to hear the cashier as the other person was finishing up my second sub so I didn't realize I was charged that much until I got home. So for just two 6" subs (one ham and one turkey), it was over $18. IF we go back, I'll carry my receipt and ask about it.

Cheap, wouldn’t let me have a regular cup for ice even though I bought a drink there, and disregarded me when I asked them not to put tomato on my sandwich. Just rude and greedy. Won’t be going back to this location.

subway is already overpriced, but this particular location has all promotional/coupons/sales turned off in the app and doesn't accept coupons. already paying $11 for a mediocre sandwhich and you can't use any of the promotions offered. what a joke.

I haven't been to a Subway in years because my last few experiences just weren't good... stingy toppings, limp veggies and dirty with grumpy workers. I needed something quick and somewhat healthy so I thought I'd give this particular locale a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. My sub was good, the veggies looked and tasted fresh and the service was great. Solid option in Crestwood and I'll be back! Restaurant, toppings bar and restrooms were all very clean also.

This particular subway is not great. The workers ignored my orders and started putting things on my sandwich I said not to put on there. It's a okay environment. The workers are very stingy with stuff on your sandwich. The workers were also very clueless. Maybe just a bad experience but I don't know.
