No one working the counter, stood fries up o tray and watched them fall over and when I said âthose donât stand up very wellâ the response was âyeah they never doâ no offer for new fries or anything. Our daughterâs taco had a little bit of sour cream in one little corner of her taco even though we were up charged for it. Definitely need better management here.

Didn't give me a cup for my drink and disappeared behind the food prep area before I could ask for it.. had to yell to get attention and then was told I was going to have to wait. Finally a cup was given to me but it was a small not the large I paid for. Too tired to argue about it.. you guys should try to hire some chick fil a employees, they know how to treat customers.

Ate at Taco Bell in LaGrange. Bought a party pack; all the tacos shells were broken. Also, bought burritos, hardly any ingredients were added. Recommend not using drive-thru, and check your food before leaving parking lot.
