Came to see if the cafe was open. It was! Newly redecorated, it still has the homey atmosphere. I had the Shepard Pie. It was great. Had some cucumbers & onions with it, and that added just the kick needed. The spouse had the ribs & really liked them. A couple of sides came with it. I think she had cabbage & corn. Service was fine. We'll be back. Thanks!

Spent 2 weeks deer hunting in the area and couldn't find a decent restaurant. Rode by this place a few times and finally stopped. Glad we did as it was the best place we found. Burgers were huge and awesome!

It used to be excellent but don't expect Southern Hospitality now. The waitress I had was surly and from what I saw watching others, our waitress was not an exceptiin. Also, this is one of the few restaurants that there is smoking allowed inside. The food is nothing spectacular.
