Wife had Pollo Con Arroz... chicken over rice smoothed in cheese.
We have eaten at Mexican restaurants all over America and this one is in the top 10. Surprise find in Appalachian Kentucky.

Went there for a take out. Usually don't have a problem. This time was different. I usually get the Sazon Burrito Chicken. Have had it a few times before. Most of the time I would eat it there. This time was for a take out. Granted it was not busy. It takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to get it. This time was ready in less than 5 minutes. I am thing this is quick. Yes I see why. Recieved the beef instead of chicken. I really don't see how they could have made a mistake like that. I will check it next time for sure.

Went to it twice and they never failed to disappoint, do not bring 30+ people without telling them about it ahead of time or it might be a long time of eating heated chips and cold salsa?. Kids cups have lids ?
Parking: About 10 spots 3 or 4 being handicap.

Too quiet,no music.Server too quiet,seemed uninterested in job performance . Order for 5 and took over 30 min to be served. No drink refill while waiting. Only 6 other customers who were eating already .Mop water and mop left out beside bathroom doors and no hand towels in restroom. Need to step up the service and quality of food for the prices. Also salt and pepper needs refilled. Also we were overcharged but didn't realize until we were 10 min out by almost 15.00 We still had a great day just saying..Get it together El Sazon ???

Food was good. It's a mix of Italian and Mexican eats. Server was always checking on us. This location is like in an old duplex or hotel so entrance was a little weird to find. This is like one of two places to sit down and eat in Harlan.

The service was very poor they left me standing there for almost 30 minutes for a bag of chips and one cup of cheese other than that the food's good but they need to attend to their customers a little more
Parking: Watch out because people are staying on their cell phones and nobody's paying attention and they will mow you down like a lawn mower

This was our third time ordering food for pickup. I got there at the time they told me. Staff was out front near where I'd parked, on their phones and talking and I waited about 5 minutes for them to come inside and talk to me. Food wasn't ready so waited another 10 minutes at the desk. It was just after 1pm and although I'd ordered 2 items from the lunch menu, I was charged the full price. The bill should have been about $15 but I was charged over $30. When I asked the owner why, she didn’t understand my question and acted irritated that she didn't know what I was asking. She kept saying, "Food is good. Food is good." Nobody else came to help. After asking several times I finally gave up and paid the higher amount so I could get back home to my family.Opened the food boxes and the chicken was not hot, just warm. My husband said it tasted funny but I assumed they'd changed their sauce. My daughter said the guacamole we'd paid extra for didnt taste right and I agreed. We didnt eat more than a couple bites.The refried beans were cold - not cool but cold. So we reheated them. Within an hour we all had bad stomach cramps and each spent most of the night in the bathroom.Terrible experience. Will not go back. Health Dept need to inspect this place. If there was an option for zero stars I'd have done that instead one one.
