We ate here after seeing an ad for all day catfish on Fridays. I love catfish but I was disappointed because the "catfish" was actually the "asian catfish". This is no disrespect to this restaurant because many restaurants have started switching to the asian catfish because it is cheaper. Stopped by on our way through town. Everything was very delicious. The fish was Amazing. All the staff was friendly and attentive. The place was decorated so bright and cheery. All together a great place! Hopefully we’ll be able to stop back by.
Spur of the moment decision to stop in this 'hometown' country cooking (?) spot. Friday night special was fish basket (fries, puppies & fish) or fish plate (add onion, slaw & white beans).Sounded tasty.45 minutes later I finally had my full order.Hush puppies were cold by the time I got home, and they had a surprisingly nice kick(jalapeños maybe?).
