Had the new fish sandwich Atlantic Cod is was horrible this sandwich could make me hate fish. And it was not even hot.French fries was cold also. Only thing good was the blizzard. Will be awhile before I go back for food.

The girl at the window got mad after she handed me my wifes double dip ice cream cone . She closed the window and we waited for my ice cream cone... Vanilla... She opened the window and said... What do you want!... Not in a very non customer friendly way. I finally got my vanilla cone and wasn't satisfied.

I just came in to get a New York cheesecake blizzard with strawberry's. If I'm going to pay just under $7.00 for a medium dessert you could at least put more than 3 or 4 strawberry's in it. I have been getting this dessert for years, well that was the last time. 4 berries in the middle that wasn't mixed into the blizzard at all and I find this same problem at all Dairy Queen's not just this one.

If you would like a bag 1/4 filled with gravy because in 2023 we still struggle with putting food in bags yes go with this DQ orrrrrrrrrrrrr avoid them in total line always take 5min+ with the sloppy bagging process. I hate this DQ.

My husband went through drive through to get breakfast. When he returned, there was hardly anything in the bag and nothing that we ordered, I had to go back, the manager never apologized for my inconvenience or the mistake, then dumped my order on the counter and ran off, the biscuits and hashbrowns were burnt and there was no gravy for the biscuits that were supposed to be there, this used to be a good place but the manager has ruined it with a bad attitude and horrible customer service, she needs discipline.

Use the app they say. Used the app and went to get my salad and they had given it to DoorDash. DoorDash brings it back in after I have had to come inside to resolve the problem. They tried to give me the salad DoorDash had taken. You don’t offer someone something that has already left the store. The “new” girl at the register tried to get me a new salad but the older lady training her was mean to her and wasn’t listening to her. After waiting for at least 10 minutes I got someone’s attention in the kitchen. I asked her if she had made me a new salad and she didn’t know she was suppose to make one. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. She should have been a 5 minute drive thru experience turned in to a 30 minute fiasco.

Each time I have visited this establishment they have either taken a ridiculous amount of time getting my order completed even after it says completed in the app, OR the order is flat out wrong or a complete mess. Went to Dairy Queen on a Monday night at 10:10 p.m. when it says the drive-thru closes at 10:30 p.m. and they had already closed. Once I spend my points through the app most likely will not visit this particular establishment until there's better service. Not trying to be rude but it was way better couple of years back.
