Took family visiting from out of town. After seating ourselves, waiting for 5 minutes, I got up and got silverware and menus. Another 10 minutes, no one had even came to get drink order. Three of us got up and walked out. I recommend The Daily Grind around the corner and on the bank of the Licking River. We walked in, seated immediately, drink order taken immediately. Specials were ribeye steaks or prime rib. Best ribeye I have ever had. Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere.

Ernie’s offers the best small town atmosphere. You are greeted with smiling faces and friendly hellos by the staff and locals who eat lunch and dinner there every single day! One of our favorites to share is the Southwest Egg Rolls but let me tell you about them Trash Can Nachos - they are hands down the best Nachos you’re gonna find anywhere!! We had cheeseburgers and crinkle fries for lunch today and they were both perfectly cooked. Don’t forget to save some room for dessert!! I’ll recommend - The Pina Colada Ice Box Pie.

If you are looking to lose weight, look no further! We ordered carry out for lunch and was very surprised by the amount of food that they provide within their wraps (see picture for reference). If I had to guess, the percentage of food within this photo would be 90% tortilla wrap, 7% lettuce, 2% tomato and 1% chicken. Very underwhelming and will not be ordering this again. The staff was very friendly, just need to improve the quality of food. Also the fries were soggy, old and unsalted as well.

The food is good. Tonight our service is terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a refill of my water, in the interim, I had to go to the bar and get my own. Our order was totally messed up and the waitress never came back to check on us. We usually get takeout, which is fine. Will never eat in again.

Potatoes are a must have. Jalapeno poppers were great. I had pulled pork which was outstanding. Props to chef. Servers were sweet.
