The service and the food at this place is horrible. There was four people in the restaurant. My old lady's food and mine came out cold. Absolutely no flavor. Staff has no competence when it comes to cooking, seasoning or what kind of cheese they have.( l was told regular). I asked for mushrooms on my ribeye, l was given a side of fried mushrooms. I asked for mayo, didnt get it. We left at least 3/4 of our meals couldn't get a refund. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting. Hilltop should be called City Dump, absolutely the worst place to eat in Cyntiana. School, hospital, and prison food are 1,000 times better.

Lower prices. Make sure burgers are done and fries are better. Dont nickle and dime customers for everything. You have to pay for each individual thing. That's ridiculous. Wont be back.
I recently tried to order delivery from here for lunch as I work at a nursing home here in Cynthiana and we order from them almost DAILY. I was told "no we will not deliver over there AGAIN. we were already over there today. Yall need to get your sh** together". (I'm assuming some other employees also ordered lunch from them the same day). Well thats professional! First of all, not everyone that works at a business together gets to take lunch at the same time. Second, isn't this what your business IS? Your lack of professionalism is astounding. You have lost several customers.

We ordered shakes. When he was trying to scoop the health the spoon broke. She said he will probably take it off menu. I said just make caramel, but he made the health. They taste aweful, frozen milk. The health leaves grease film in mouth. When I called she just said um ok i will tell him..
