Bought a large iced Carmel coffee w/light ice and they gave me a cup not even half full, refused to fix it but

Placed an order in drive through. Had us pull up, we don’t mind. The staff try to hand us 2 different peoples orders. Nobody had a clue where to take the orders. Finally got our food after about 25 minutes. And they left out a sandwich that we paid for. We were now running late and couldn’t go inside to get the food we were charged for.
Quality has gone drastically downhill lately. Save your money. Pick a different restaurant in this town.
Waited over 30 minutes for our food. The staff had no motivation, no urgency, and had I not spoken up, it would have been longer. 75% of the food was cold, and I really don’t think that the manager was capable of doing a refund. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Management needs to be fired, actually the whole staff needs fired.
