Not sure why you have to pull into a parking space to wait on a 10 pièce nuggett and à cheeseburger. Its certainly not fast food. Then when you ask for ketchup and mustard only they put à ton on it. So much ketchup the bun was soaked and the wrapper was full.

Horrible. There are a few good workers. Service is worse because employees are walking out due to poor management. There's a female employee out there that's verbally abusive to other employees. I've seen her in action. It amazes me that she hasn't been fired considering she's a primary reason for the walkouts. As far as the food goes, it aint food!

Drive thru can never get the order right even if you are the only car in the drive thru. How do they even mess that up? Crazy and it's all the time. 8 out of 10 times the order is wrong or they forgot to put something in the bag.

Do not expect your order to be correct or quick Do not expect using the mobile order to be quicker. Ordered a drink, sitting in the parking lot and it's been 10 minutes... If they are gonna do all the drive thru orders first what is the sense of the mobile order app??

Never been to this one and probably won't be back unless I'm starving. Used the drive thru. Initially, order guy was kind and attentive. From there, it was downhill. 1st window, she seemed confused. 2nd window rudely handed us our drinks and said "pull to the next window" and slammed the door. Drove forward, where we sat for a good 5 mins. Young teen tried to hand us someone else's order and was completely confused when we said what our order was. Another guy came a couple mins later and tried to hand us another wrong order. Then the 1st guy came back and said "yup, thats it" and basically threw it out the window and slammed the window. My husband's sandwich wasn't wrapped completely so when he took it out of the bag it fell apart, completely. Everything is correct though and the fries are done so that's a bonus!

Everytime me and my wide go there she asks for no cheese cause she can't have it..and everytime it's wrong. I uunderstand it happens I'm In food service. But if the managers would manage these young adults probably working their first job and teach them proper work ethic would solve this and other problems with this restaurant.

Only rating 1 star because 0 is not an option. Sat in a drive thru parking spot waiting for my order for 30 minutes while 8 cars got their food at the window behind me. I had 2 mcchickens, 2 happy meals, and 1 double quarter pounder meal. This is certainly not the first time this has happened at this mcdonalds.
