We eat here way too many times to count. It is the slowest place to eat. Drive thur is a nightmare. Could be 5 mins or 25 min wait. Pulled in line at 4pm it's 4:15 just put my order in. Sad

Put in a mobile order, got there and was told to pull into a spot and wait, they wait for two other orders to be done before bringing them out yours.. got our food finally after waiting and the burgers weren’t even made right, my bun wasn’t even really on, pickles were on top of each other and there was no napkins. Plus they forgot our sauces we paid for.

Not sure why you have to pull into a parking space to wait on a 10 pièce nuggett and à cheeseburger. Its certainly not fast food. Then when you ask for ketchup and mustard only they put à ton on it. So much ketchup the bun was soaked and the wrapper was full.

Horrible. There are a few good workers. Service is worse because employees are walking out due to poor management. There's a female employee out there that's verbally abusive to other employees. I've seen her in action. It amazes me that she hasn't been fired considering she's a primary reason for the walkouts. As far as the food goes, it aint food!

Drive thru can never get the order right even if you are the only car in the drive thru. How do they even mess that up? Crazy and it's all the time. 8 out of 10 times the order is wrong or they forgot to put something in the bag.
It was nasty nothing was cleaned tables and floors were fifthy and you get a 30 minute time limit to eat

Do not expect your order to be correct or quick Do not expect using the mobile order to be quicker. Ordered a drink, sitting in the parking lot and it's been 10 minutes... If they are gonna do all the drive thru orders first what is the sense of the mobile order app??
