Food is great. People in store are nice as can be. But the call center is a big let down. Tried to place my order and got so frustrated when the woman couldn’t speak good enough English to take my order so I hung up and called back hoping to get someone different but it was the same person. Placed my order and asked 2 times if there would be garlic with my order and the call center lady assured me there would be. So I picked up my food and drove home only to realize there was none in the box. Went back to town to get some then went home to eat my now cold food. Do better papa Johns

I've always liked Papa Johns pizza more than any other chain pizza location. This one provides really decent food, cooked properly. They've recently had staffing concerns it seems because Ive requested delivery on more than one occasion where I was told they could not deliver to me because they had no driver. I'll still support them but to be honest, the aggravation makes me want to just order a pizza from Leonos in the first place, bypassing them entirely.

My family absolutely loves this place and our new favorite is the shaq a roni pizza. Coming from NY, I haven't been able to find pizzas as good as those in NY until now.Thank you for your service, for always having it hot and fresh, along with your employees who are always nice and accommodating.

Was told my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, arrived at about the 20 min mark, told it would be about 5 more minutes, my order was ready 13 to 15 minutes after that!!!
