Usually when I come here its good, but i guess theres a new worker because my order was messed up twice. The first time was no big deal, i gave it to my mom and ordered another one online. When i arrived, i noticed it wasnt even the right item. I ordered a 12" sub on the app with a discount to get it for $6.99. I had gotten a wrap instead. I let them know and the girl working front tried to say i had ordered a wrap by pointing out the line on the ticket where it said the discount and tried to say that was a wrap. She did remake it so i got my sub but she had an attitude about it. In the photo is my order ticket. You can clearly see it says 12" turkey sub. The MOD-FT $6.99 thing above it is the discount.

We ordered online and they were out of several items that we already paid for. It also said the order was ready but it wasn't when we arrived. Waiting for our card to be refunded. Good luck if you place an online order.

Took forever,didn’t even have anything in the store that I had preferred 25 minutes ago previously to my online order. this order was also made during a break so that’s a lot of time waiting.

This location subway is the most horrible one I've ever been to... Gets the order wrong, skimps on meat and kills it with oil. Wanted to throw up so threw it away!!!

Husband and I both worked here. DO NOT EAT HERE and PLEASE DONT WORK HERE. They don't pay well at all you will get paid better almost anywhere else. The tips are stolen we had family and friends come in a tip plenty of times but they're split with the shift. The manager (Jennifer) clocks in when she is not there so she can have tips on each shift. They're automatic tips of $8 and that all I got so that says enough. The food reports are all falsified. Cross contamination constantly. No one washes their hands. I could go on forever. Please do not eat here. The vegetables are served even when rotten the manager does not care and will say they're fine. I do not believe these issues will be fixed until their is new management. Until then I would avoid any ready made foods including the soda dispenser because it has VISABLE black mold. All of the other complains on this page are 100% true for this year o know from first hand experience. If you complain about anything the manager will make unprofessional and uncomfortable comments. When my husband worked there he was praised often for being so professional but when we quit that was changed to being called a "Karen" on my Facebook. Completely unprovoked and random. We have never experiened a more bizarre and unprofessional work place in cynthiana. This was also someone who hired me without reading my job application and scheduled me for days I didn't have available because of my second job. That was the last straw because she texted my phone and said "where are my workers you've been seen around town". I still have pictures and videos of everything. If you do work here save you clock in and clock out receipts for your records of hours they will not match and do not work past clocking out the hours will not be fixed later. You have been warned.

I’m giving it two stars because are coupon didn’t work and they manually done it. Plus I’ve been here many times and it’s like a hit or miss on service.This last time I went it was HORRIBLE!-We went to order what we wanted and once it was starting to make the we’re out of so many sides.-Didn’t change Gloves-Flys everywhere-There was food all aver the counter like they don’t know how to clean up-There was a huge line like they didn’t know what they were doingIf the FDA went in there they wound approve of the mess. Just saying :/People might think you shouldn’t have continued the order: I waited forever, I drove 30 minutes to get the food and I was pretty hungry. We had like 5 sandwiches made.

I was in line for 15 minutes and never was treated so nasty in my life by the 2 cashiers they need to lose their jobs every time we eat there they are rude and slow my tuna had so much mayonnaise and mustard it was all over the outside of my bread
They were out of all bread but wheat ,didn't have no meats we're out ,only had little lettuce,no onion ,no cheese only one guy working,the young man was getting bashed from all sides couse they were out of everything very unhappy experience,
I used to work here in 2021-22, when I was 17.Do not work here.Do not eat here.I worked by myself very often, which was illegal considering I was a minor.I had one coworker in specific who would often leave me to take impromptu smoke breaks when we had long lines. The same coworker dropped food on the floor and put it back, along with a variety of other things.We had a regional manager, and rarely had store managers. She did quit before I left.She made us come to work when there was ice on the road outside and dangerous driving conditions.I’ve had to close the store twice by myself when I was there.Both previous managers and coworkers would change the dates of food when it expired.Instead of doing inventory right, or getting more, or prepping food correctly, I found that when we were out of something, nobody would do anything to fix it.The work staff changed like clockwork three times when I worked there.And the customers were often kept waiting or was given disgusting food.I also found that there was mold growing in the soda machine because nobody was cleaning it at the end of the night. I was never trained for it, as I wasn’t allowed to work past 9 by my mother.I had to use equipment I wasn’t allowed to, ex. Tomato slicer, and instead of replacing what was broken, like the toaster, we were forced to fix it, which along with everything else, highly illegal.I’ve since moved away, however, the store never answers my phones calls, I need my W2 form and there’s no possible way I’ve been able to get my hands on it. Fully automated customer service, yet no option for me to request it.Due to my experiences, I have been discouraging anyone- friends, family, coworkers, to eat at, or work at subway. It’s not worth the twelve dollar sandwich. It’s not worth being paid $9/hr. And it’s not worth having almost zero employee benefits, and still having to pay some money for employee lunches.I hope the restaurant is better staffed now. I hope they take actual care of the food. The inspections I had seen BARELY passed, or didn’t.In my opinion this store should be shut down.One of the managers at one point was really creepy towards me as well, and I’ve had a lotttt of customers be creepy to me at this job despite the fact I wasn’t an adult and was trying to avoid it!
Dietary restrictions: To add on to the long list of problems, if you have food allergies, DO NOT EAT HERE. The cross contamination at this store is absolutely terrible! I had tried my best but not everyone does. I had really lazy coworkers and can only think of one or two that actually cared about their job, or working.
Sitting here staring at every worker play around and talk profanity while I wait on an online order that no one is fulfilling. I gotta pick up my kids from school so now I’m gonna be late. Super unprofessional. 23 minutes after placing this online order telling me they discontinued cucumbers. Never coming here again.
