Always reminisced about returning here eventually because the last time I enjoyed a Monto Cristo was about 5-10 years ago. This one visit will carry me over the next decade and then some. Rudest little girl (black hair, glasses) waited on us. Acted like we are the biggest inconvenience of her existence. Snotty attitude, no checking on us throughout the meal. God forbid I requested a to go order, also. Shan’t be returning, not as long as she’s there.

A little reprieve in the middle of peaceful and scenic nowhere. And the food was good! Worth the drive. Kids watched a helicopter land and played corn hole. Also saw an elk cow chilling in the grass.

I haven’t been here in at least 12 years but it was just like I remembered . The burger I got was very good and the fries were perfect. The service was 5 star . Watch the elk and come here to eat ??

I finally had the opportunity to eat at Cloud 9 Cafe. The place has a beautifully pleasant atmosphere. The service was decent, but the server was apathetic when we asked questions about the food. The cusine was okay, but the portions were small. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but the bun and other vegetables greatly overpowered the small portion of chicken on the sandwich. The coleslaw needs improvement regarding flavor/seasoning but the consistency of the cabbage and carrots were excellent. The sweet tea was watery, and it certainly can be much improved. Would love to see more Southern home cooking. Prices are reasonable. Overall a decent experience. Keep up the good work!

Great food service and atmosphere. Beautiful ride up there in the motorcycle. Fries weren't hot but they were still good.
We have ate there a couple years ago. Great place. Good food and plenty of it. Good prices. We went back Oct 4,-6 and still had the same. Great place, small enough to serve large crowd. You won't go away hungry or broke

I have always loved this little gem in the hills and even more so as it continues to keep not only consistent amazing food but innovative additions that stay true to their underlying taste and style.
I realized that after 20 years plus of eating here I had never tried their hotdog, and it was a major lacking on my behalf. It is in my opinion the best hotdog you can find locally and would recommend it without hesitation.
