Called to place an order on Sunday, October 12th at 2:21 PM as they were having a special for a turkey and dressing lunch/dinner. Placed an order for two of the specials and was told it would be thirty minute wait, which, for me, was acceptable. I arrived and was told — after standing and waiting five minutes for someone to greet me and two other groups of patrons — that my call-in order was not ready. That’s it. No estimate, no apology, no one with enough decency to come and provide some sort of update after waiting another 30 minutes. I promptly left at 3:21 PM (an entire hours wait). Whoever thought it would’ve been a good idea to serve a Thanksgiving-style school lunch on a Sunday without a clue in the world should be fired. Wouldn’t waste my time or recommend this place to anyone.

A horrible boss. She blames workers for being out of items. When customers come in that she knows tips good, she will take that table. I will never go back. She is as 2-faced as they come. She wonders why she can't keep no one!

It’s a beautiful drive, however the food and service was terrible, we had to basically serve ourselves, filling our own drinks and getting our own to go boxes. The food was also loaded with greese and had no flavor.

Absolutely one of the best dinners I’ve ever had loved their mozzarella sticks. I didn’t get the name of our waitress she had (black hair and glasses) she absolutely went above and beyond I will absolutely be going back not only for the delicious food but the amazing service

Always reminisced about returning here eventually because the last time I enjoyed a Monto Cristo was about 5-10 years ago. This one visit will carry me over the next decade and then some. Rudest little girl (black hair, glasses) waited on us. Acted like we are the biggest inconvenience of her existence. Snotty attitude, no checking on us throughout the meal. God forbid I requested a to go order, also. Shan’t be returning, not as long as she’s there.
