Beautiful dining room. Very modern, up to date and clean. The food was very average. But the service was excellent. He really went out of his way too make us feel valued.

I ordered a large number 10 to go last time I went on Jan 27th. My food was great , and correct except they gave me a small fry. Usually is correct though

The staff has been pleasant most of the time. The food is good and prepared well. My 4 stars is for the app, which I know they can't control. It doesn't work half the time so you can't use the deals or correct rewards. And the hours for this location are incorrect for some days so it doesn't work at all then.

DQ in Dawson in the morning is a joke. We ordered 2 hash browns and 1 biscuit and gravy and it took them probably about 10-15 minutes to get our food. 2 different people have already ordered their food and got their food before we even got ours. When we did get our food the hash browns weren't even freshly hot. They were warm and for the long wait you'd expect they'd been just cooked and hot

These people need a RAISE!!! I’ve only been here twice and the customer service is exceptional!!! I’m so grateful for these guys they really went above and beyond to help me! Thank you Dawson Springs Dairy Queen! You really saved me!

Waited over 10 minutes, no service, 2 gentlemen in restaurant when I went in. They had not been waited on yet either. Saw 2 men around grill area and 2 people by ice cream machine. Neither one was in a hurry to wait on anyone. Was going to eat in, but left instead.

After hours of a long drive while traveling we saw a sign on the interstate saying there was a DQ 1.5 miles off the exit & decided to make a quick dinner stop there- however this DQ was completely closed at 730pm on a Saturday evening - with no sign stating why it was closed, and on google, the main DQ website & all info online about this particular DQ says that is open for business and supposed to be open at the time we visited- however it was not open- and no signs were posted as to why no employees were there working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DQ.

Not open even though it was during normal hours.
