Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Very horrible food and service, burgers were warm but sloppy on the toppings and didn't even put the right amount of onions and lettuce they were on opposite sides and the other side was empty... Then the fries were cold and we had to drive back to the restaurant and get some different ones that were a bit fresher. They won't be getting my service again when you spend $30 for 2 people to eat it should be up to par and should not serve customers in that manner!!!!

I have eaten at DQ in Dawson Springs twice in a week. I was impressed with the accuracy, service, and taste both visits. The salads were fresh. The ice cream cold, and the food warm! Good job!

This place discriminate against people who do not know how to file application online. No in person application available ? so pathetic I will never eat here

Went to grab some pretzels and queso and something to eat for my wife, I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure queso isn't supposed to do this.

I give this 5 stars because this has been the only one I have seen that actually serves breakfast. Its your typical fast food atmosphere but they know how they get things done on time to the customers. Me and my family enjoyed it here. I recommend this place to anyone who stops in Dawson Springs. Definitely for the breakfast portion.

Service was horrible. The guy working the window got mad because I asked for 3 extra packs of ketchup. Ge proceeded to tell me that he had to take another order first and shut the window. He then opened the window and handed me 2 packets and I said sir I need one more. He argued with me and told me that he had given me 6 packets and I said that he hadn't. He then handed me another and kept waving his hand back and forth at my face saying Bye, Bye, Bye. When I got home, I called the manager about the drive thru employees behavior and I said that he acted like the ketchup was coming out of his pocket and the manager stated well it is coming out of the company's pocket and I said that you are a manager and you are personally arguing with a customer over a packet of ketchup? He refused to give me the name of the employee working at the window and refused to give me his name when I told him that I would be contacting corporate and he proceeded to hang up on me. Dairy Queen in Dawson Springs, Kentucky will never get another penny from me. I paid 17.67 for a 4 piece chicken strip basket and a blizzard. After spending almost 18.00 dollars, I shouldn't have been treated that way over a packet of ketchup. Did I mention that I asked for gravy instead of ranch. You could hold the container upside down and the gravy wouldn't come out. It was horrible.

Food is over cooked, oil has to be way too hot. Cashier acts like their job is hard and doesn't want to perform their duties. It's gone down hill over the last few years. Definitely won't be back !

Ordered online because I have a big family I waited 30 mins before I left the house. I arrived 10 mins later to find that hadn't even started my order. When I asked about it, the staff was rude. Took another 20 mins yo get my food. I do not recommend this place.

Well where do I even start? Walked in had a crew of about 6 people working, great shouldn't be to long to wait right?? WRONG!!!! Ordered our food waited 25 minutes got food gravy had hair in it kids hotdogs meal the hotdogs was served to us RAW!! UNCOOKED!!! One of the employees was having a complete meltdown in front of customers, cussing and just completely unhinged! Kinda made me uneasy even being inside with him here, no telling what he might do..... yall this Dairy Queen is in dire need of better management better employees and better manners!

Went in tonight with some guys and I was sending a video to my friend on snapchat, and I caught the manager indirectly screaming at the customers that were walking in saying “I don’t know why everyone’s coming in 45 minutes before closing this is ridiculous nobody should be here they need to leave… blah blah blah” and then the manager got mad and was slamming stuff, was yelling at customers over the phone, not to mention cursing at the people on the phone, and when we received our order, we got the wrong blizzards, and they gave me my triple chocolate brownie cold and it looked like it was rushed to be thrown together. I understand wanting to leave, but that behavior for a manager was extremely childish and unprofessional. Do not recommend if you want terrible service and to be verbally harassed by the manager and dealing with people who have bad bad attitudes. As a young adult myself, i was in shock by the behavior that was going on by the very young manager and the other employees. it was ridiculous and embarrassing for the restaurant. this place should be observed or somebody needs to teach their children/employees some respect!

rude employees, horrible customer service, and I watched one of the girls lick ice cream out of a small cup in her hands while on the clock, and she didn’t wash her hands before serving the next customer. I already would be back due to only passing through, but this place should be shut down by a health inspector.

My wife and I eat at Dairy Queen all the time and we love their food and I'm not sure what was so different about this Dairy Queen but the hamburgers were dry and Bland and the french fries tasted like they had been cooked in old used oil. Every other Dairy Queen that I go to they give me the senior citizen discount and here they did not. Also they keep all the condiments and the tea behind the counter so you have to ask for them. Very bad Dairy Queen
