After trying to charge me 14.31 for a medium heath blizzard the young lady decided to give me a half vanilla blizzard, anyone that knows how you introduce the heath and the vanilla ice cream knows the process to completely mix the cup to have a quality product but of course she had her cell phone in her hand the whole time and I'm guessing the blizzard got in the way of her Instagram or Facebook time. It's a shame cause this young lady was going to let me pay the 14.31 for the blizzard up until I challenged her on it. This is yet another place to be marked off of my list. If the owner reads this you should audit your sales and compare receipts to cash daily because I don't know that this was not planned with the wrong price and being that it's the drive thru you are less likely to be challenged on price or quality so she could be pocketing the money. 3 stars on atmosphere because the environment appeared to be clean and the employee attitudes were acceptable.

Normally enjoy my experience while dining but this morning was nothing short of a joke. Orders backed up, front line seemed to not know what she was doing, food was in the order ready for a long time before she got it ready, cold once we did get it after waiting for 20 mins. My order of biscuit and gravy came out in the lid.Needless to say it was not
