The girl there was brushing her hair at food prep station
We had awesome experience with this subway. Amber fixed our sandwiches and she was so friendly and gave great customer service.

If you’re open at 7:00 then be open at 7:00 and don’t make an excuse about training someone. You got there late, that’s why you’re not open. It was already after 7:00 and I was just told it would be another 15 minutes for him to get the register open. You needed to be at work early enough to get stock out and register open so you can serve customers at regular business hours. People can’t wait 15 minutes when they’re heading to work. If you’re training you account for that when you figure out what time you need to show up to work. You failed.

Nevaeh made our sandwichs, I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and today's sandwich was the best I ever had here. Nevaeh was good. She had a few people in line but never did I see her get nervous and she was very professional

Stopped by for a sandwich on May 12th around 1:30 pm my husband and grandson went to order at Subway inside the Marathon gas station while I used the restroom. I walked over to the Subway and found they were standing there. I asked, 'Have you ordered yet?" My husband said, "No, she told us she had to do online orders first and would get to us." It was about 15 minutes later the employee (an older woman) came to the front and we finally thought we could order. The employee rudely says, "Do you know what you want?" First, that's not how to take an order at all. I could tell this employee was short on manners and was feeling overwhelmed and took it out on us. I started to leave but my husband said, "Give her a chance, maybe she's having a bad day." OK, I agreed. My grandson and daughter started with their order first. The employee was truly truly slowwww in all things that she did. My daughter had to repeat several times what she wanted to order. Finally, my daughter gave me her money and said, "I can't take it anymore mom...it had been about 30 minutes now since we first stood in line. There were NO other customers in line at Subway while we were there ordering. Finally, the employee finished with my daughter's order (by this time, my daughter had gone over to the Marathon gas station and purchased a drink for herself and my 4-year-old grandson. She was frustrated with the wait and incompetency of the employee and left. I started ordering (at least I thought I was) but the employee said, "What about this order?" I said, "That's my daughter and I will pay for it when we are all done." This totally confused the employee. Her words to me where, " Well, I will have to wait then because I will get confused." Can you see the look on my face at this time? I said, "Sorry, don't want to cause any confusion for you." The first order was paid for, and my daughter took her food and left to eat at the Marathon station tables inside the store. I started ordering and stated the 6-inch Italian Herbs and Cheese Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich. The employee dumped the chicken on the bread...I said, "Mam, I would like the chicken heated with American Cheese." She said this to me, "Well, I already put the chicken on the bread." I said, " If you asked me if I wanted it heated or toasted, I never heard that." She never asked me how I wanted it. She truly was overwhelmed at her job. There were 2 gentlemen that came in for their online order. She stopped serving me and my husband and immediately went to them. I felt like, we were not important at all to this employee. Finally, after being there for 35 minutes, we got our sandwiches. We went to sit down with my daughter. My grandson was not eating his personal small cheese pizza at all. I asked why? My daughter said, "Mom, it's not cooked - it's still doughy and there is no pizza sauce on it - just a small amount of cheese." It was not cooked through at all. I asked if I could take it back and get her another one? My daughter said, "Mom, after what we've been through ordering this, I will just him (my grandson) some snacks from the gas station." The entire encounter was the worse I've ever had at Subway. There have been a few other incidents that were hard to believe but this one was by far the worse!!! Please retrain this employee or have another competent employee to work with her. I still can't believe how slow, rude, incompetent, overwhelmed and lack of caring for the customer that this employee exhibited toward me and my family.

I always get a tuna fish sandwich, foot long on white Italian bread. Pretty much had the girl serving me run it through the garden,
I sat down inside to eat cause I had a little bit of time to burn.
I couldn't even bite through the bread, it was very hard, very well done and very much garbage. I'm not one to complain so I got a fork subway supplied & had to get my pocket knife to cut thru it.
After about 3 bites I caught the attention of the gal that made my sandwich. She came to my table and I asked her,"I thought you guys make your bread fresh every day ?" She replied "oh we do, I just got it out of that(pointing)oven right there.
I showed her how hard it was, and that I wasn't happy with it & didn't make a fuss about it. I guess she figured that she appezzzed me cause she just turned around and that was that. I continued to eat what I could of it, barely could scrape the insides of the bread off. You know, the soft fluffy insides of baked fresh every day bread, smh. I'm sure that this is a fine subway, 1 of what, 375,000 of them . I will test the bread next time & every other time I stop at subway, thanks for reading it.

I have stopped here before and it was ok. In a last minute rush I stopped in on Saturday 2/24th. I got a Subway Club on wheat and a Churo. We couldn't eat the last 1½ of each end of the sandwich and the rest of it was dry and crumbling. The churo was so tough I had to throw the whole thing away. We couldn't even bite through it!I called and spoke to a manager and he barely even said anything. He didn't even apologize or offer anything. "I'm sorry air that" was all he said!I HIGHLY recommend NOT STOPPING at this location or at least try your food before leaving!

Ordered 3 foot long Spicy Italian's. 4 pieces of pepperoni and 3 slices of salami. Paid over $33 for them and 3 bag of chips. Employees had sandwich (meats, cheese)area covered, so that you couldn't see what they were doing. The vegetables section was frozen.

No napkins no straw offered. When my friend asked for napkins and straw the guy behind the counter was very rude. He stormed across the store and snatched napkins out of the gas station container. He then balled them up in his hands and threw them on the counter.
Bad service no respect
They must've been on top there game when I came
