We were looking for a caterer, and Google pointed us to Buck's. We talked with them on the phone, and they were more than helpful and accommodating. Before placing the catering order, we decided to stop for dinner tonight to try out the food. The pig roasting on the spit outside told us that this is the real deal. We were excited! Buck's is a great local BBQ spot! Last night we got carry out for dinner and we were so pleased. We placed our order over the phone and the food was ready in 15 minutes. We got pulled pork sandwiches and split Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, smashed potatoes, and corn bread. The pulled pork was delicious and I especially liked the bun. Phenomenal bbq!!! We only had the pulled pork and a burger, but man... they were great! After seeing a picture of the pulled pork fries, I knew we had to try those. The young man who took our order suggested the smashed potatoes as a side because of the cheese sauce. Do yourself a favor and get anything that involves that cheesy deliciousness!!!
