2nd night in a roll they closed 30 min early, only tonight I was walking towards the door and one of the worker came up and locked the door. So I drove 5 min down the road to Carlos's Rotisserie Chicken. I Love Apollo Chicken but I'll never eat at this location again or even attempt to waist my time. I drove 30 minutes to eat and they have closed early

The food is fantastic. The last 1/2 chicken I got was falling off the bone. I have tried the tacos and wings now to and have not been disappointed in anything I've eaten. Make sure to check your carry out if that's how you order, couple times now things have been forgotten or not exactly what I ordered. The food is so good it more than makes up for that! Lol. Highly recommend. Also ask what the special is for the day.
I have been coming here from the day they opened and i always have had amazing service, amazing food and is very affordable. The flavor is the best. Very nice for a date night or family night out too. Great chill atmosphere.

24 Members of Swan Pointe went to “I Love Pollo” on Thursday night. Everyone was excited to go for 2 reasons, it was going to be our first visit there or they had already eaten there and were anxiously waiting for Rotisserie Chicken. I think that must be one of their claim to fame! I loved their menu, it was colorful, had pictures of what most of the items looked like. There is a great variety! 10 Appetizers, 16 Tacos (choice of Corn or Flour Tortilla) 7 Tortas (Sandwiches) with fries, 2 Salads, 3 Empanadas, 3 sizes of Rotisserie Chickens (1/4, 1/2, and a Full Chicken), 3 Quesadillas, 2 Burritos, Wings (6 or 10) and 4 Desserts. You can’t beat this! We met the Manager, Robert as he was taking our orders. Esteban, our server, brought out the teas and sodas. When the food was brought to us, there was no confusion on who to give the food to. Robert did an excellent job. Everyone really seemed to love the food they had. The Queso & Chips were great and I loved my Steak Taco. The prices were great! The staff was so polite and glad to have us there. There’s more food selections we want to try! We’ll go back again!

When a customer clearly understands your menu better than you. Thats saying something. I ordered 2 torta cubanas and one came out right the other one came out with lettuce, tomato, onion, and with some sort of sauce on it. So because this was take out I turn around drive back and calmly go back and tell the front that this sandwich wasn't what i ordered. They, then bring up the manager who then starts arguing with me saying this is what i ordered. I then explain the other sandwich is made correct. its not a big deal but this is not the right sandwich. He then further argues with me and refuses to listen to me. So, I grab the menu and read off what is supposed to be on the sandwich and whats on the sandwich in front of me and still he argues. Finally, he angrily takes the sandwich and in a huff goes to the back and either remakes or scrapes stuff off and adds the ham that was missing because i could cleary see the remnant of lettuce in the box. Poor customer service, sweet potato fries were soggy because they took everything and instead of giving me fresh ones gave me these soggy nasty fries. I wont be back and I hope you dont treat all customers like this.

The rotisserie chicken tasted great!The salad I had it on, though, (Taco Loco) wasn't as good; under seasoned, under dressed, and a bit small for an entree salad.I also had an inch long chicken bone in my salad. ?The other plate at the table (Love Bowl) was described as "just kinda bland mush".House hot sauce was pretty good. Elote was hot, but, just boiled. I suspect a chicken dinner plate would be a better option.

After always driving by, I finally decided to stop and give this place a try. Even though I didn't catch the name of the guy who took my order, I wanted to acknowledge him because he was awesome! He took the time to walk me through the menu and suggest some options. Plus, he was super professional and accommodating. The place itself is really nice too. Might have to come back to dine-in sometime. I tried the 1/4 chicken and it was good!! Fresh as well. I’m looking forward to trying more dishes. Thanks for making my first visit awesome!
