Ordered a Big Boy a regular Big Boy at the drive thru was asked to pull forward, waited 15 minutes for a no special order sandwich, that was cold when brought to my window. Could barely taste the tartar sauce. I will make the drive to Georgetown when I crave Frisch's again.

Stopped by for a quick bite with the parents. Service was really good and the food was really good. Not saying that this is a characteristic of the people in this area we got alot of stares as if no one has ever seen black people before? Other than that interesting experience it was a nice time.

Pretzel bacon burger was delicious. The best I've had. Our waitress, was great. The atmosphere was nice. I would definitely recommend and I would go back.

Went there Friday night, 11 October. Placed a takeout order at 7:03 PM and received it at 7:45. Watched multiple groups come in after us and leave without being seated or placing a takeout order.
Disappointed I had left a $10 tip on the card when paying. No offer to reimburse for waiting 42 minutes in their lobby to get cold soggy food.
The "bad boy" burger was lackluster and not worth the price compared to a comparable burger at one of the big chains. It was damp / on the mushy side, probably from sitting for so long. The fries were crinkle cut and were ok but nothing special. The onion rings were over done.
The "hand-dipped" chocolate shake was not worth $6.29 and was disappointing. The ice cream portion was about the same as anywhere else that offers shakes. The whip cream tasted like it was from a can that had too much oil and not enough cream in it. Also it was a pretty small cup.
Overall disappointing experience. Had hoped this place would have been better than a big chain. Not likely to go back.
One last thing worth mentioning: the men's restroom floor was extremely wet. An employee moved a wet-floor sign inside the latrine where the floor was not slippery at all despite it being wet. Stepping out of the restroom onto the tile floor was another matter. The tile outside the restroom is a different flooring and was very slippery, like stepping from firm footing onto ice. I almost fell. I did let the hostess know, but really a rubber mat or some other material solution is needed.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, all the food was cold and extremely greasy. My order wasn't ready for pick-up until 20 minutes after the designated time. The chicken sandwich was simply two chicken tenders, and to top it off, most of our order was incorrect. If you're visiting the Ark Encounter, I recommend skipping this place—it's overpriced and truly unsatisfying.
