I’ve ordered pick up and delivery from them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I only remember one instance where my delivery order was late and they took $20 off my order for the inconvenience. Amazing service and care about their customers! Couldn’t recommend more!

Bartender did not interact..ordered to go order $35 brought out 5 containers had to ask for a bag to take home handed me bag and walked away couldn't even bag my order had to do it myself.. Buddy is shaking his head... never go back better service at McDonald's.. u should be ashamed..

Food was lukewarm ,ziti was not 5* by any means. Server was friendly, but we had to go get silverware n she didn't ck on us , finally did and finally got a couple refills for us . Wasn't nothing to brag on .Probably won't recommend to anyone.Parking: Handicapped availability

At Larissa's Pizzeria in Ohio, my wait was marred by employees playing in the back. Despite my presence, they only attended to customers after a new arrival, neglecting to inquire about the order of arrival. This lack of attention is disappointing and should be addressed for better customer service.
