I waited 30 mins in my car after being told to pull-up. I go in to find out what’s taking so only to be told “I guess we gave your order to someone else”. No apology no we’ll make this right. She finally said we’ll make your order again after I waited an additional 10 mins for the order. I ask for a refund. The cashier very polite. The crew seems to work well. My small chicken sandwich was hot with right amount of mayo.
