Baristas were wonderful. Made me a Yukon pourover, my favorite. I hated the way their boss was talking to them though. Made me very uncomfortable and sad. “Michael “needs an attitude check. No way to talk to anybody. Especially around the holidays.

I don’t know if there is a new manager there or what but for 5 years I have been coming into Starbucks and ordering my drink a certain way. Now they are saying I can’t order it the way that I want it. For 5years they always made my drink amazing but since a new manager or whoever he is came in and pretty much said “screw all dry ridge Starbucks loyal customers “ We are doing it my way. And he was extremely rude and Condescending when he informed me. I’m not the only one he was rude too and I will not be going here Anymore until they move on. Dunkin it is .

Coffee's is the least of what you're buying. Its a friendly smile, customer service, and warm environment inside. May I suggest, a smile in return and having a seat on the couch to enjoy. Sit down the phone, and warm up. Thats true value. Ask for Dougie.

One of my favorite Starbucks across forty-six states! Drinks are always made right, and the food is always delicious. I dropped one of my drinks and they replaced it for free, with smiles on their faces. Absolutely love this Starbucks, and I’ll certainly be back.
Some awesome employees but then the evening shift comes along! Very rude. Need an attitude check & different job! Especially the short dark haired girl!
