“I love stopping in The Joint whenever I’m in town. The food is always great! One of the best burgers I ever had compliments to Caden. Brisket is always a go to for my son, we have to take home an extra pound every time. The BBQ nachos are delicious. You can definitely tell the kitchen staff understands people eat with their eyes first! The taste that comes after to beautiful display is top notch!”

“It's a guilty pleasure. We have to restrict ourselves to once a month. If we didn't, we'd have to start using a cain, or a walker, like so many of the round clients we observed. If you're of normal size, you'll feel like an athlete, by comparison.”

“My team wanted to eat here on the way home from our soccer game last night. We were an hour from home and in my rush to get my things, I had forgotten to get my wallet out of my purse and into my soccer bag. Our girls walked through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed and I asked if they had Apple Pay, but they didn’t. I was fine with not eating, but the lady helping us was so so kind and offered to get my food for me. I said she didn’t have to and she insisted. I asked for a chicken sandwich and a medium coke, and she said no problem. In addition to my sandwich, I received a large coke and fries, too. Let me tell y’all what…. The kindness that was showed to me by this woman brought tears to my eyes. As a responsible adult, I should have made sure to have my wallet, but I messed up. Once I got on our bus I cried tears of joy - we just had a super tough game and emotions were high, but the kindness shown to me here will not be forgotten.”
