Made an order over the app. Came up and drive thru was down. Went inside only to be told that I couldn't get my food I ordered. Had similar issues in the past. Franchise owner promised a call back and one was not made. I'm just gonna drive a little further from here on out. I'm tired of dealing with this place.
I literally go there for one specific item just about on the daily and I actually get it about 50% of the time. Just a heads up, the hot mocha machine is about as bad as their ice cream machine. It's always a huge fail because it's always down. Do better Eddyville McDonald's or you'll hear about the Mocha machine on national news just like your pathetic ice cream machine was. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Unfortunately it is about the only fast food place in Eddyville. Drinks were wrong, had to go into the restaurant to get the rest of our order which was not given to us in the drive through. Man taking order said he couldn’t ring up a strawberry banana smoothie and replied to my, “why” as “how am I suppose to know.” To top it all off there was something, black, hard and chunky in my daughters nugget.
