Everyone goes there cause it's easy but they can't seem to keep help. There are a few good workers but a few bad ones. The last time I went I waited at the final window for over 10 minutes before the very rude employee finally acknowledged me. She stood at the window with her back to me filling cups with ice and then made two coffee drinks and walked away and back and not once waved at me or any kind of way to say she knew I was there. This was the worst visit I have ever had there. The wait is always long not always fast food. They need help all the time makes me wonder what's up with management or pay which makes or breaks a business.
We were there on march 23,2025. It was really really busy. We ordered as the menu went to lunch. The shift leader was phenomenal. Our Oder was lost in the shuffle of the switch and he was beyond kind and understanding. We did not get his name but just thought he should get a shout out . The girl at the register was just as kind. It was nice to see kindness even in the “crazy” times with fast food.

Made an order over the app. Came up and drive thru was down. Went inside only to be told that I couldn't get my food I ordered. Had similar issues in the past. Franchise owner promised a call back and one was not made. I'm just gonna drive a little further from here on out. I'm tired of dealing with this place.
