I love our local McDonald's in Eddyville KY. Drive through staff are always friendly and attentive. Food is normally pretty good with the occasional cold fries. Please always make sure the fries are hot, especially if we have to pull up and wait for our food. Other than that I have zero complaints. Note: My review is for evening staff
Went to order take out and the individual had no personality. Paid got the food and check my sandwich before leaving. It was cold so took it back in and they were so rude! No customer service at all. Terrible!!!!

We were traveling on a motorcycle and we stopped in after 6am and had to go through the drive thru. It wasn't to big of a deal but they completely messed up the order. I blame poor management or just the owners. If your going to have a place of business run it right its not that hard. Go next door at the gas station those people work hard take some notes.
