We were there on march 23,2025. It was really really busy. We ordered as the menu went to lunch. The shift leader was phenomenal. Our Oder was lost in the shuffle of the switch and he was beyond kind and understanding. We did not get his name but just thought he should get a shout out . The girl at the register was just as kind. It was nice to see kindness even in the “crazy” times with fast food.
Made an order over the app. Came up and drive thru was down. Went inside only to be told that I couldn't get my food I ordered. Had similar issues in the past. Franchise owner promised a call back and one was not made. I'm just gonna drive a little further from here on out. I'm tired of dealing with this place.
We ordered ahead on the app. We went through drive thru because we need a quick meal before hitting the road. Unfortunately, we had to wait longer than a "typical" McDonald's. However, the lady at the window was extremely friendly and called my husband by his name which goes a long way. Food was quality to be expected.
