Placed a to-go order 20 min ahead of pick-up time and when I arrived at the store, they hadn’t even started my sandwiches. Had to wait approx 20-30 additional minutes before receiving my food.They were out of tuna, and had to remove a salad from my order because of it. Didn’t offer a replacement or refund.

I’ve been here twice and for the last time. My husband went and got 2 takeout sandwiches for us. The bread was so hard and dried out that I had to use my own bread! It was inedible. I normally love subway white bread, it’s usually so fresh and delicious. Not at this location.

This was the grossest subway I have ever been to. I watched a lady drop a knife on the floor and pick it up and put it on the counter where she was making sandwiches. Then there was a FLY in my nieces sandwich. We found it after she had already ate half of it. Overall gross and rude service.

Ordered our dinner online, (BLT and Tuna footlongs). Went to pick it up and took them home. Unwrapped the sandwiches and the BLT had zero bacon and the cheese was minimal at best, basically a veggie sub. The Tuna was fine. Drove back to the restaurant and told the counter person my problem. The person who made it was argumentative and said that she has people order BLTs without bacon (why would someone pay an extra 2 dollars for a veggie sub?) I wasn't amused at all. Remade the sub and I left. Should have ate elsewhere obviously!

PLEASE READ. I called to see if they accept coupons. I was told YES. The employees did a good job making my sub. When I went to pay, it said coupon not accepted at this location. This was coupons mailed by subway. My neighbors told me in the past about this location not wanting to take coupons. Looks like they do anything to rip you off. I will NOT go back. I hope that the location goes out of business. The coupons on the same sheet worked at two different locations. RIPPED ME OFF HERE. I am sure that the owner will post something in defense. The person needs to engage in fair business practices. I am telling everyone that I know about the rip off I experienced. The LAST time going here for me.
