We were so hungry and every place was so busy including Willow pond. But we decided to stop here because we saw the sign for Southern catfish. Very very quickly were seated... Them greeted by a smiling server with glorious hush puppies and bean soup.We ordered onion rings .mmmmAnd catfish of courseThe food was stupendous and the service was above the level.So so greatThank you

I always love coming here!! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!! The hushpuppies and tomato relish are especially phenomenal! The only reason I rated it a 4 star on food is because I have been there before when the grease needed a good change. But I frequent here often, and it's usually fantastic!! I'd definitely recommend this cozy country spot if you're in the mood for fish!

It had been seven years since my last visit and I got very nostalgic. This place is still old fashioned -- you get delicious hushpuppies and white beans served free with every meal. Frog legs on the menu. Excellent catfish. The homemade pies are amazing.

The food was good; not great, but good. The service was fast and friendly, and they got our orders right on the first try.Get there early if you are going; there was a line from the door to the parking lot when we got there.
