Couldn’t make a sundae properly. Wayyyyy too much ice cream to where you couldn’t open the cup at all, and hardly any strawberry sauce. Disappointing.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes and asked them for an update on the food. They said it would be another 10 minutes because they forgot to make fries. Asked for refund and they said they can't because the manager is on break. The three employees were standing around on their phones. Won't be back.

Placed a 18$ mobile order at this location. They took payment and when I went to pick up food they said they never received the order. Even showed them the receipt where the order was placed. Still didn't refund my money. Even tried calling the store.. nobody ever answers the phone.

They have absolutely amazing ice cream most times you have great service! Except one time I was in there and I told them I want a medium Cookie dough Blizzard and they're like our ice cream machines don't work I was like hello this is an ice cream place but yeah I guess stuff breaks down. I still would definitely highly recommend going here 👏😁

Drive thru took forever. Got my food and the bread was all soggy plus soggy lettuce. It was gross.

Definitely wasn't impressed about their service! I got my sandwich and fries and then they wondered why I'm still waiting and I told them I still did not get my ice cream. And they also never gave me my drink. 🤞🤷♂️ Maybe they were just all having a bad day I don't know.
The poor kid who took our order was new and they were very busy, so he did the best he could! The place was a complete disaster though!! If it's a busy night I suggest finding somewhere else to eat!

Someone needs to teacher the works how to make s milkshake. There never mixed well and only half full with no whip cream on top. For $5.89. It's not worth it.
