i placed a pickup order, got to the store and was told to park and theyd bring it out( defeats the purpose of placing a pickup order but we move on) then 15 minutes later with no call ,email, text, or anyone or anything contacting me in anyway, i call and ask if its ready and it was, i get my order and its melted....i can guarantee my order was ready before i called and not one person brought it out like they said. It wouldve been faster to just go through like a normal order, its disrespectful honestly i placed a pickup order so it was ready when i arrived otherwise id be late and i was infact 15 minutes late after waiting for almost a grand total of 30 minutes for my order

I think the staff’s attitude is great and welcoming here. I do get a better experience with the taste of my coffees and some food menu items at this location than others. However, the wait you have to go through at this location is such a huge downfall. Waited almost 15 minutes behind 2 cars. Never even got to the speaker. Cars were shifting to park. At the speaker they even parked because they were waiting on someone to get their order. Huge gap at the speaker versus the car at the window. Had to drive off or else my son was going to be late for school. Each time my boyfriend or I try to swing by in the mornings it’s been that way. I should’ve tried to get there earlier, but it stinks I have to leave my house 20-30 minutes earlier just to make sure I can make it to our destinations in time if I stop for a coffee or donuts for my son. It’s faster for me to stop by a gas station :(

Not a huge fan of this Biggby. I came to this store with my card with 12 points expecting to get my free one, she tells me it won't scan(I've seen them type it before when I had a bad card). I pay the 8.05 even though at every other ky biggby it's 7.49 and in Cincinnati it's 6.99. Good coffee just not thrilled to be drinking it this morning.

The honey cinnamon latte is so good! I wish the menu stated there is cream cheese on the bragels, as I cannot eat cream cheese. The workers are always very friendly.

Had a pleasant experience at this location. My partner and I stopped by before work to grab some freezes. It was very quick to order and didn't take long at all. Plus, it tastes great! I got frozen caramel latte drink with the espresso shot and my partner got dark chocolate cookie freeze I think. Originally $15 for both which isn't bad price for 24 OZ, but we had BOGO coupon which is definitely worth it. Lady at window was nice and friendly. We'll be stopping by again!

Enjoy going to Biggby for my caffeine fix and occasionally grabbing breakfast. It started off great but after the last few months this location seems to be struggling. Been having issues with order between menu and window having to constantly repeat or correct the order at the window, sometimes entire drinks or snacks being missed and have to either take the loss or correct it. Hopefully it improves I know they are a busy location and seem to usually only have one or two people working at a time which must get frustrating for the employees when the line is 10+ cars deep. Have also noticed difference in sizes of things like the bagels sandwiches between this and other locations and some consistency issues with coffees tasting different even when you order the same menu drink (you know the general reason to avoid places like dunkin)

Stopped here for coffee on my way to class. I get early morning rush, but what I don’t understand is sitting in line for 12 minutes while the same car sits at the speaker waiting to order. Ended up not getting coffee and I won’t be back again. This is not the first time this has happened either. If it’s early I recommend another Biggby. The one in Eastgate is amazing and extremely quick so it’s not like it can’t be done, 12 minutes of NOT moving is way to long.
