if you look closely (i wanted to make sure you could tell it’s a biggby cup) the bottom is filled with espresso coffee grounds 🤮 this was my first time visiting and i won’t be back ): there was also no ice in my iced drink. not to mention it’s super dark i’ve never had an iced latte look like this. it’s very gross and a rip off i’m pretty bummed out.

Love this Turkeyfoot Rd location. The staff is friendly and the drinks are great. Not just for coffee my non - coffee drinking friends love the Chai tea.

They definitely are not nice when you use the walk up window! I have used it twice and WILL NOT BE BACK!
i placed a pickup order, got to the store and was told to park and theyd bring it out( defeats the purpose of placing a pickup order but we move on) then 15 minutes later with no call ,email, text, or anyone or anything contacting me in anyway, i call and ask if its ready and it was, i get my order and its melted....i can guarantee my order was ready before i called and not one person brought it out like they said. It wouldve been faster to just go through like a normal order, its disrespectful honestly i placed a pickup order so it was ready when i arrived otherwise id be late and i was infact 15 minutes late after waiting for almost a grand total of 30 minutes for my order

I think the staff’s attitude is great and welcoming here. I do get a better experience with the taste of my coffees and some food menu items at this location than others. However, the wait you have to go through at this location is such a huge downfall. Waited almost 15 minutes behind 2 cars. Never even got to the speaker. Cars were shifting to park. At the speaker they even parked because they were waiting on someone to get their order. Huge gap at the speaker versus the car at the window. Had to drive off or else my son was going to be late for school. Each time my boyfriend or I try to swing by in the mornings it’s been that way. I should’ve tried to get there earlier, but it stinks I have to leave my house 20-30 minutes earlier just to make sure I can make it to our destinations in time if I stop for a coffee or donuts for my son. It’s faster for me to stop by a gas station :(

Not a huge fan of this Biggby. I came to this store with my card with 12 points expecting to get my free one, she tells me it won't scan(I've seen them type it before when I had a bad card). I pay the 8.05 even though at every other ky biggby it's 7.49 and in Cincinnati it's 6.99. Good coffee just not thrilled to be drinking it this morning.
