Enjoy going to Biggby for my caffeine fix and occasionally grabbing breakfast. It started off great but after the last few months this location seems to be struggling. Been having issues with order between menu and window having to constantly repeat or correct the order at the window, sometimes entire drinks or snacks being missed and have to either take the loss or correct it. Hopefully it improves I know they are a busy location and seem to usually only have one or two people working at a time which must get frustrating for the employees when the line is 10+ cars deep. Have also noticed difference in sizes of things like the bagels sandwiches between this and other locations and some consistency issues with coffees tasting different even when you order the same menu drink (you know the general reason to avoid places like dunkin)

Stopped here for coffee on my way to class. I get early morning rush, but what I don’t understand is sitting in line for 12 minutes while the same car sits at the speaker waiting to order. Ended up not getting coffee and I won’t be back again. This is not the first time this has happened either. If it’s early I recommend another Biggby. The one in Eastgate is amazing and extremely quick so it’s not like it can’t be done, 12 minutes of NOT moving is way to long.

I have never had a bad experience at Biggby Coffee. Everyone is always so friendly. I want to share my experience this evening at the Turkeyfoot KY location. The girl working the window was so happy and smiled the whole time. Made sure my 3-24oz drinks stayed secure by doubling up the drink carrier! It’s so nice to see our young adults in service work be such amazing people to your guest! Our drinks are always amazing and we got a little surprise on our cups this time. The iced was for my 16 year old daughter. That saying is exactly what she needs reminded of.

In line at least 10 minutes with only car in front of me yet 2 people walk up order drinks and leave before us ? you want quick service definitely try Fort Mitchell location!
Walk up window is insanely slow. Literally no one in line. Rediclious and not 1st time. 19 min , 3 drinks. 0 cars. Machine "went down" while waiting and instead of letting us know to get something different, stood there wasting time. Had to get a refund since now late for an event

**Edit** This was in fact the Turkeyfoot location! Employee gave wrong information then, but frustrating as stated before was a waste of time and gas.I was literally here yesterday when the lady said they were open Christmas just to drive all the way here and they're closed!!
