After we were finished, I dumped the ice out of my cup before I threw it away.And there was snot in the bottom of the cup! Never again, and they only got one star. Because I had to.....

I feel like this was intentional. Like, really teach us not to modify our burgers and ask for add one. This was 3 burgers like this. Was supposed to be extra onions, extra pickles, and extra BBQ sauce. All of them look like this 🙄 NAILED IT🙄

The woman taking the order didn’t put the order in correctly and cut us off before we were even finished ordering, then when we got to the window I explained I did not get to finish ordering and she put a regular in instead of a double. The woman with huge eyelashes rolled her eyes and tossed the bag on the counter and said I already bagged it and just stared at us like she wasn’t going to fix the order. She said I’ll give you the drink but I already bagged the food. This woman should NOT be working here with how nasty she treats people. We were polite and she was rude from the start. WILL NOT be returning to this BK. I only usually leave reviews when they are good but this one I couldn’t believe how we were being treated. I’m guessing because we are white.

We bought three Whopper meals. The meat did not taste like real hamburger! We called the manager that's what they said they were. But they sure didn't sound like one she was hollering and carrying on saying what do you expect me to do about it do you want me to give you your money back, we said that would be what we would like can you come back at 12:00 tomorrow we said we had a doctor's appointment she says Lord what do you want me to do to try to help you very rude manager! Never had a manager act like they were from kindergarten high!

Placed order on the mobile app. All 4 employees were just standing around bullshiting , not prepping and food. Not happy with service at all . No wonder Wendy's is kicking their ass in svs as well as better food.
Parking: BK was much better food and svs. 30 years ago. Both need to improve before I go back Whopper then had a better taste and much moister.
