What is it with Chipotle and their inability to either order enough stock or prep enough food? I loved this location for almost a year but the last 3 times I stopped in, I left. They seem to ALWAYS be out of one or more of brown rice, chicken, sour cream, cheese. Come on, now.. sour cream and cheese take less than 5 mins to prep. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months to see if things have gotten better before I write it off as bad management

This is the worst chipole in the area by far. Out of the 3 times I ate here this month each time there was something wrong with the food. Uncooked rice, cold chicken, no ice, or them simply sayinf they don’t have something like the fajita mix in either line (the drive through one and the regular one), if you want chipotle go to any other one but this one.

Went there to eat and it was really great experience there was a young man named Cody there that had started my food for me was really nice greeted me as soon as I walked in did it wonderful job and the food there is just great always fresh always delicious definitely a good experience

Some of the food that I had ordered was not in my bag, no one told me when I had picked it up. When I had asked for a refund I was told I had to go back in the app to do so. Unfortunately they did not give money back just a free item. (To summarize they will not give you your food, not tell you about it, and not give you your money back) p.s. the worker was lovely, crazy business model to have!

Their food is good, but the chicken wasn't hot and the sour cream was luke warm. The service was terrible, they barely put any food in my bowl and I had to keep telling the guy to put more in. I'm not one to comment on service because we all have our days.... But this was pretty pathetic. I kept getting quarter scoops not full scoops, and when I asked the guy to put more in he still barely put anything in. If I'm getting food, I want to get what I pay for and I did not. Usually my bowl is so full that the chipotle people have to always press my food down, this time it barely even came above the rim.... That's how little this guy was putting in. I went on a Monday night. The chipotle in Independence and usually anywhere else I go is amazing and always fills my bowl, even if I do take out.

Went there tonight paid 20 dollars and my bowl isn’t filled like why would you think that is reasonable
Everytime I come into the establishment they are out of something. Last time they had no chicken, today they had no white rice. It’s extremely frustrating to have this happen over and over again

Usually pretty good (in terms of it being chipotle at least, generally just not a big fan anymore after the price gouging and toddler sized portions) but last time I went, for some reason, the steak you guys gave me was like rubber. I couldn't even chew through it, at one point it was stuck in my throat and i wretched it back up. Not very appetizing. Didn't finish my burrito after that one. Little weary of coming towards close now. Guess it was old. Also the store was a bit dirtier than it used to be.

Chips were dark and stale…again. Every time we order chips at this location they are stale. Other locations don’t seem to have this problem. They are also very inconsistent with their food quality and portion sizes.

Ordered a veggie bowl with sofritas- after adding guac, queso, and the bag of chips I like to eat a bowl with it was almost $20 which would be fine if I was able to eat it but there was a piece of steak in it, so the picture shows what I was unable to eat. I have been a vegetarian for over two decades so this completely ruined the meal for me. My go to order isn’t even a bowl, it’s a quesadilla which this location refuses to do unless it’s a pickup or DoorDash order because “the quesadilla maker is a part of that line, not the in restaurant line”. Ridiculous and disappointing.
