Portion sizes here are small she was using the spoon to give me as little as possible rice even barely shaking the spoon over the bowl I asked if it was ok to get a little more? Geez lol

After a nice long 15 hour shift I decided to go to Chipotle for dinner. I walk in and order a burrito . After he heats up the shell he puts a very small dolap of rice and chicken. So the problem i have with this is 1 I have not eaten all day and this is not the guys fault. But if you put a small amount of rice and chicken on a shell then try to sell it to me for 15$ it's gonna upset me i want to get a decent portion of food for 15. I feel like everyone does so 8n conclusion that is the last time I'm getting Chipotle. Which really saddens me I love them but poor service and portion control has riddled this company. I'm for now on going to be going to hot head. Hopefully some time in the near future it will get better but till then I'm done with this restaurant.

Hate to write this but this location is very inconsistent. Too much rice and pico. Ruined the entire burrito. Worker could hardly close it and when I opened it, it all fall apart. I didn’t ask for extra anything. Hope they figure things out sooner than later.

We ordered online since we work nights. The delivery person couldn’t follow simple instructions. We had to go find where they left our food. Our food was subpar. Asked for extra corn salsa and extra pico. Got a little corn, no pico. My coworker ordered and was charged for guacamole in burrito. Did not get any. My portion was small and mainly rice. Very disappointed.

Portion sizes are inconsistent. One day a bowl will be overflowing, a decent value for the $11 it is now and others it'll be barely at the 1/2 point. I don't think I'll go back to this one. I'll stick to the one in crescent springs.

The food was great, the girl who waited on me, Kaitlyn, was phenomenal. The food was awesome. But she made the meal, smiling when we entered spoke to us made it a really enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back!!
