The food was great, the girl who waited on me, Kaitlyn, was phenomenal. The food was awesome. But she made the meal, smiling when we entered spoke to us made it a really enjoyable experience. I walked in treating the line working and asking for a moment to decide. The guy working the line was rushing me when there wasn’t even anyone else after me. It was dead inside and no one in drive thru . I had paid for a regular chip received a small chip in a big bag it was literally a handful of chip and only got a half of a scoop of chicken. Will try another location next time.

The app and chipolte lane makes this a 1 star location. Why am I waiting in the lane when my order was ready 5 minutes ago and the same car has been in the window the whole time?10 minute wait before I got to the window. Amazing. Garbage. Love the food but can't support this nonsense any more. Thanks for the slow cold food.Make it 15 minutes late and I added a pic for proof. I do expect a refund.

It's more expensive now and feels bland in comparison to other places with more options. It's not bad, but I'd it would be my 2nd choice, not first.
Honestly it’s just inconsistent. It saddens me to even say, just don’t bother getting guac from this location. Every other time (if not more) we order a side of it, it’s literally just mushed avocado and sometimes there’s onions in it. Literally no flavor at all, like whoever was making it just missed half of the ingredients. I’m happy to pay extra for it but when it’s genuinely just flavorless mush 50% of the time, it’s a little frustrating.

This location is always out of items. Like religiously. The last three visits, this happened. Cheese, lettuce, beans, napkins, etc. You can almost guarantee when you walk in the door, they will be out of something.
