Paid for 9 donut holes and got 5, super annoying. Careless workers. The young man working the drive thru window today should not be allowed to be helping people face to face, he makes me and people I’ve brought with me uncomfortable.

Came inside and told the manager/owner I accidentally put the drive-through for my pick up, he was speaking with another important person or maybe the actual owner and got extremely upset and then once found my One coffee that was ordered, slammed the receipt on the counter and said here you go… This is was approximately summer 2024…
Have also had numerous rude employees at the drive-through window as well…

I am addicted to their iced lattes!
The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.
The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.
I always feel welcome at this location.

‼️DO NOT SUPPORT OR COME TO THIS DUNKIN LOCATION!!!‼️
Awful service. I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta for my husband and asked for an extra pump of vanilla and one pump of blue raspberry and the man told me I don’t need it because it’s already sweet. I told him it’s okay, to go ahead and add them and he said “it’s already sweet enough, it doesn’t need it.” Not sure why he was trying to dictate a customer’s order/preferences. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on sourdough and what I got was the picture below. They gave me only one slice of bread and stacked the fillings on each side of the bread so it could be folded in half to form a taco basically - instead of two slices of bread like an actual sandwich. I didn’t notice it until I got home and at that point I was so frustrated I just didn’t want to come back to them. The man who serviced me was of Indian or middle eastern descent, older/middle-aged and is ALWAYS unfriendly. The drink also was separated with the extra syrup at the bottom not mixed in with the frozen part above it. This order was completely wrong and service was disgraceful - not coming here again. ‼️DO NOT SUPPORT OR COME TO THIS DUNKIN LOCATION!!!‼️

Horrible service every time I come here. This is my third time visiting and won’t be back. Drinks are not made in order received, mobile orders are ignored. A pushy lady came in whose name was clearly on the list after mine and they took care of her first because she was making noise. My drink was made in the wrong size and I told 3 employees separately, they looked me in tbe eyes and acknowledged what I said and still proceeded to start over orders

Wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve tried to give so many chances however everytime I’ve gone in the last few months every time we order food it’s gross. It taste and smells like it’s freezer burnt. They also knowingly leave out part of your order. We have told them in drive thru and they roll their eyes then take forever to finish your order. I definitely recommend the crescent springs location over this one.

I just have had the WORST restaurant experience in my entire life at the Dunkin Donuts in Mt, Orab. I have Never felt more belittled and judged at a coffee/fast food shop. I walk in with my sister and already can tell it's going to be a negative experience by how little customers there were and angry employees who Cleary looked that they didn't want to be there. I'm looking at the menu because I have never eaten there and want to think out my options and wasn't complied to hurry because there was no one behind us. I see the 6 dollar meal deal that comes with coffee, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I ask the cleary new training employee if instead a coffee can i get a different drink because everwhere else will allow you to do that as long as its the same size and she asks the manager. I would has assumed that the manager should be near her because it looks like it's the girls first day but she has to track her down and ask her a simple question. The manager comes and smugly looks at me and goes "no". I say okay and order just a biscuit bacon egg and cheese and a order of hasbrowns forgetting a drink. The new girl says okay and asks the manager where the biscuit button is and the manager laughs and says "we don't have biscuits here" and looks at me like I'm an idiot and plane stupid for even asking. Here's the thing, I know for a fact that the manager was lying because not only did it say online that they have biscuits but on there menu they have there, right above there heads. This leads me to believe that she was also lying about not being able to switch out a drink. I don't say and and just try to keep my calm because I believe in giving everybody grace. When me and my sister get our food after 7 minutes we're go back into the car and I see they forgot my hasbrowns. I look for the receipt and my sister tells me we didn't get one. So i go back in to the now fully empty shop and order hashbrowns again. I wait 20 minutes and watch this employees do absolutely nothing to make my 6 Itty bitty hasbrowns while I'm standing right there. Two lady's were talking about how it's 30 something days till Christmas and the MANAGER, THE MANAGER WHO IS SUPPOSED TO RUN THE RESTAURANT, ON HER PURPLE PHONE, TEXTING. she's side eyeing me and while texting looks up and smiles and texting and I know immediately it's about me. Another 10 minutes go by and I finally get my hashbrowns cold as can be. I left pissed off and hurngy because of a failed manager who cleary does not take her job seriously. My first time at dunkin will most definitely be my last and if I was the boss miss purple phone would definitely be fired and I don't know how she isn't already. I hope there's a positive change and has better management because my food was cold, hard, and plane nasty. It had the potential but under failed guidance, will definitely be shut down in the next 2 years if there isn't a change.

I’ve given this place about 50 chances because I get it, the service/food industry isn’t fun. However, time and time again they could not be more inconvenienced to provide you with the accurate food and coffee you asked and paid for. It’s like they are genuinely annoyed with me for showing up to their drive-thru to give them money. To be more pointed, it’s one older/middle aged man that I only ever interact with. I’m sure the other staff are great.
