Brittany Massey
We ordered a sheet cake that was supposed to say “Brittany and Bradley.” When we picked the cake up, it said “Brittany and Bardley.” This was after a phone call and an email confirming the spelling. When we picked the cake up in Erlanger, the young lady working there didn’t even open the box to verify we had the right cake. She instead sent us to the Florence location for them to fix. While the people in Florence were helpful and nice, the icing was a different color and the girl that fixed the cake wasn’t even a cake decorator. Not a good experience, especially for the amount we spent.

The young lady waited with headphones was very rude, but the donuts make up for that being 3 hours away I pride myself on a expert donut tasting. The 2 we picked out were fantastic. We were close to columbus by the timebi had my cinnamon roll. And it was so darn delicious and soft and flavors were on point. The Bavarian cream was so fresh and different this is a must tey and definitely worth a drive. Will be back. Just work on your manners and this place would be gold star worthy!!

Been visiting Emerson's Bakery for 47 yrs. Had almost all my boy's Birthday Cakes made here. They and my Grand-children absolutely love their Smiley Face cookies as do I.
A tiny little bakery, part of the Emerson's chain. I came in late in the day, so they were out of a lot of items. What was left, however, was fresh and tasted very good.

Went in the afternoon. Everything I bought was stale. The frosting on the smiley cookies tasted terrible. We ended up throwing away a lot of what we bought.
