I feel like you guys have cut back on the amount of jelly you fill donuts with and have definitely cut back on the amount of icing put on donuts. I don't like it. I do enjoy the donuts and the service. I just wish you'd use more icing and jelly

Stopped in ( dixie hwy location) for a pastry and a hot cup of coffee. The girl working refused to brew a pot of coffee at 3:30 bc she said they were closing in an hour. They close at 5 pm. Complained to the girl and she argued with me. It's a bakery. Hot coffee should be offered most of the day. It's ridiculous that she wouldn't brew me a pot of coffee. Went to dunkin doughnut down the street. They were polite, made me a delicious cup of coffee and I bought other treats there too!

Brittany Massey
We ordered a sheet cake that was supposed to say “Brittany and Bradley.” When we picked the cake up, it said “Brittany and Bardley.” This was after a phone call and an email confirming the spelling. When we picked the cake up in Erlanger, the young lady working there didn’t even open the box to verify we had the right cake. She instead sent us to the Florence location for them to fix. While the people in Florence were helpful and nice, the icing was a different color and the girl that fixed the cake wasn’t even a cake decorator. Not a good experience, especially for the amount we spent.
