I am super impressed with the new crew at Erlanger Frisch's. We quit going to this Frisch's bc the food was always wrong and nasty. The new crew is awesome! I would rather sit and wait a few more minutes for my food to be cooked fresh every time. & They always do now. They are kind, professional & the foods been Amazing!! Thank you Erlanger Frisch's Team!!
I only get drive thru here, but it seems to be better quality than other Frisch's in the area. The order taker's are always nice and get my order right. And the food is always hot and good. I would mention names if it was always the same person, but it's different people each time. So I can only assume the whole staff is courteous. I like this location.
