Hung up on — TWICE. Unbelievable.
My husband and I placed an order through DoorDash, only to have it mysteriously canceled with zero explanation. When I called to get answers, I was flat-out hung up on. Shocked, I called back — and the next rep had the audacity to say she “didn’t have time to deal with me” before slamming the phone down again.
