The food is good. Don’t get me wrong but the service there when I first started going there years ago everyone that worked there spoke English. And now you go there, everyone That works there is from a different country and don’t speak English and they’re shy on the food

Manager at this location is so rude for literally no reason. They also never make the orders right, or just change the prices randomly depending who's working that day. If you want hot heads DO NOT go to this location. All the responses say "will pass this on to the owner" which they clearly don't because it's been like this for a while.

I ordered the quesadilla, it was practically a burrito ? the cheese wasn't melted. A quesadilla isn't supposed to have rice? And should be on a flat iron skillet ?, and it was put in an oven instead. It is very overpriced. The server was nice, and the place was clean. But I was disappointed.

This Hot Head is 2 minutes from my office so naturally I have been here many times. IT ONLY GETS WORSE EVERYTIME. The food is BAD, service is BAD, and hygiene...also BAD. More than one occasion I have watched a young man assembled orders while having his mouth stuffed full of food leaning over the rest of the serving containers. Have thrown nasty food away multiple times. I would be curious to see what a health inspector would have to say about this place. Drive the extra minutes to literally anywhere else. This place isn't worth your time. I don't leave reviews often but I cannot in good faith let people continue to frequent this dump.

The food was very bad!!!!! And 12.00 for a small burrito ...it had no meat in side for it ...!!!!!! Better off going to Taco Bell more fodd for your money!!!!!!!!!
Good value for the food. Unfortunately the food is a little bland, but definitely worth $15 for the meal deal. I think it’s more comparable to Moe’s than Chipotle. The restaurant could definitely use some reworks on the burrito fillings. The rice definitely needs some type of flavoring otherwise it’s just plain white rice. The beans need to be cooked down a little more as it seems they were reheated straight out of a can. Same with the queso. The queso is good but has a thin consistency. The chicken is not too bad, cooked well, maybe a little salty. (I eat a lot of Mexican food)

I don't usually ever leave any reviews but this was a little crazy. I would not recommend this location or Hotheads in general if this is a corporate decision. Not only were they quite and almost robot like, they have the smallest scoops for their toppings I have ever seen. I got a bowl with extra rice (charged an extra $1), I asked for black beans and I got half a scoop, asked for peppers & onions and got half a scoop, vegies and got half a scoop. They skimped on all toppings and also charged &0.50 for extra cheese. I only got a bowl and it was almost $13. I will not be going to this location ever again or Hotheads in general, I will always just stick with Chipotle from here on out as they don't charge you extra for general toppings and their scoops are twice the size.
