I'd rate the food itself higher if I'd actually received any food. I placed an order online for pickup on my way to work, as I often do. The roads around the restaurant were completely blocked off so I wasn't able to pick up the order. Called several times and got no answer. Went in the next day to ask for a new burrito or refund or anything really. They knew exactly what the issue was, but said it wasn't their problem. The lady I spoke to was rude. They shouldn't have taken my money if their restaurant was inaccessible.

I went to get 2 tacos and chip and questions today during my lunch break. When returning to work found the chips to be stale Call the store to let them and was informed noway because they were just opened that morning like 8 to 9 hours earlier. So they had be just sitting in an unsealedpaperbag.

The service at this location is horrible. I received a Doordash order today for this place and when I got there to pick it up the door was locked and the employee(s) were ignoring me standing outside and even when I tried to knock.
First time there and will be back. Our food was fresh and quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. Food was completely wrong from what was ordered online. Called to talk about it with someone and the 2 people there were both new apparently and there was no in charge. They didn't understand how to do anything apparently and they were left with no supervisor? I will never come back here. 1st time trying this chain and the first experience was so bad I don't even want to try another location. I will, however, give it one more shot somewhere else.

The performance of this tex-mex restaurant was not it’s best in my opinion. I ordered veggie nachos, a veggie bowl and a bottled drink. Right away, the drink never arrived and I had to request a refund. Concerning the taste, the food was quite ok, but both the nachos and the bowl had quite the similar ingredients and therefore tasted identical. I didn’t like the way they prepared and presented the food, as the cheese for example was not melted but it was sprinkled cold on top only. At least I was full afterwards.
