Very good brisket! The owners are very nice and professional and the food is AMAZING! We got some of the barbecue brisket with Mac and cheese and my whole family agreed it’s the best brisket we’ve ever had. Definitely recommend coming here and trying it out
Incredible food, the brisket is perfection.I had the pleasure to talk with the owner, not surprising to find out he’s been doing this for over 30 years now, it’s so easy to see his love and passion for smoking meats, it shows with every bite. My new guilty pleasure is the brisket and Mac & cheese.

Incredible Brisket! We got an opportunity to try thier Brisket Loaded Tots today in Middletown at a local food truck park event. After living in Texas for almost 10 years, we are very picky about our Brisket.
Alot folks cook thier Brisket too hot and too fast. Not these guys!
