I recently visited this Little Caesars location and was concerned to witness a food safety issue that I believe should be addressed. I observed an employee handling cash at the register and then immediately moving to the ovens to cut and box food without washing their hands.
Proper handwashing is essential in any food establishment, especially after handling money, as cash carries a significant amount of bacteria. Without consistent hygiene practices, the risk of cross-contamination increases, potentially leading to foodborne illness.
I previously worked at a Little Caesars, and during my time there, handwashing was a top priority. Employees diligently followed hygiene protocols, and there was a strong culture of accountability, with staff reminding each other if someone forgot. I would love to see that same standard upheld today.
For the health and safety of both employees and customers, I strongly encourage management to reinforce proper handwashing practices and ensure all staff adhere to them consistently. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Parents don’t let you teens work here. The shift leads aren't looking out for our children. On my son’s last night of working there . We received a phone call from one of his coworkers that my son was drunk and he couldn’t make it home , to come get him. The next day my husband call to speak to the manager by the name of Joe. The manager hung up on my husband his last words before hanging up were he didn’t not care!

Pizza was nice and hot! Walked in and got some hot and ready pizza’s that just came out of the oven. ?
I was having a stressful day and did not feel like putting something together at home so I placed an order for an extra peperoni stuffed crust on 10/20/24. Immediately I was greeted on the phone by a extremely pleasant voice and personality of a gentleman named Carter. I picked up my pizza about 15 minute later and the gentleman at the drive thru window also had a wonderful personality! I gave him my last name and he said let me go get that for you, immediately came to the window with the box of pizza and said "extra pepperoni stuffed crust, hope I did a good job on it for you!" I then thought "wow these people up here are great!" His personality was so great I wanted to know his name too, so I said "what's your name" he said "Carter" I said thank you so much Carter!" Then I got home opened the lid and WOW this is a great looking pizza!!! I am so happy and impressed by this experience that I wanted to say thanks to him so I called back up there about 8pm and I also got to speak to his Manager as well who also has a great attitude and was genuinely interested in my thoughts. Carter has such an exceptional personality and He takes the time to make sure he is doing his job and providing an exceptional customer experience to not only me but I believe he is providing this experience to everyone else as well that shows up there. I can tell he is genuine and truly cares and has a unique personality that's hard to come by. This gentleman Carter needs to be acknowledged to the utmost for his wonderful personality and attitude and exceptional work ethics. After a hard work week I realized that I feel little happier now because of this person, because of Carter! Carter puts his time into making others feel happy, and that is a wonderful thing! This is the first Google review I think I've ever done, so yes this experience is that good that I've even also stopped in the middle of eating my pizza and watching my movie to give notice to this individual and his manager because when someone takes joy in other people, I want to stop and take notice and give some honor and respect back. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and its because of people like Carter!!!

I placed an order and it ended up being made incorrectly. However when I called the store the manager was sincerely apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right! I'll only go to this Little Caesars from now on
