Shake machine always down and we have to order through a third party, which cost way more and it’s doesn’t say it’s down on the app I use and I was still charged for it then had to spend another 16 bc everyone had a treat except for my grandson and had to get him something!!! This is ridiculous and app doesn’t want to give a credit, need to change the way it works. I should only be charged for what I received. Do better McDonald’s!!

Went thru drive thru, it was quick, food was actually hot and edible, and the service was friendly and informative....super awesome

Have a few things to say about this place, first, this morning I witnessed an emotional behind the counter wearing slides without socks standing next to the fryers... next to her was an employee in a different color shirt scratching his genitals. Not hand down pants but still scratching away at them. There's another employee that works mornings during the week that repeatedly gets our order incorrect and then complains and gives an attitude about having to correct it. I've lived in this area all of my life and have been going to this McDonald's since I was a little child and im telling you now that I will NOT be back to this location. I would highly highly recommend making the drive to Mt Zion rd and visiting the new McDonald's that was just built. The staff there is AMAIZING and I am a regular there during the week with my coworkers. So much that they know our orders and us by name and actually expect us there each morning. I regret not going there this morning but I will not make that mistake again. Sorry Erlanger, you've proved yourselves irresponsible and not sanitary and I hope corporate gets things sorted out but I doubt that they will. I've seen things like this get swept under the rug on multiple occasions. I will repost this if it gets deleted.

Workers allowed us to get food from the drive through even though we were walking through because we didn’t have a car. They were extremely nice and understanding, would come again.

I ordered a mobile pick about 5 minutes prior to arriving. Waited almost 15 minutes no one ever came out with my order. I go inside to grab my order and tell the manager I’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes. Her reply..we are short staffed and next time you should use the drive thru for faster service. Umm what’s the point of mobile app? If you lazy employees don like the mobile app then turn it off. Don’t tell the customer they should have went through the drive thru. No lady…you should have sent one of the 3 workers standing around talking to take out the order. Very poor management of course the younger generation think they can say whatever to customers and it’s okay.

We ordered through the mobile app for counter pick up, my husband was on the way home from work and once he got home he realized not only did they forget my whole cheeseburger but they made both of his sandwiches wrong! So there was something wrong with every single sandwich that was ordered…the workers need to pay better attention to what they are doing! There was also another customer complaining in the restaurant as well when he picked up our food because she watched them make her sandwiches wrong too…
