Been to this location many of times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never have had a problem and surprisingly never with the ice cream machine. Staff are always nice and managers always makes things right if something is wrong without question. It's how your approach is to others how things are handled in customer service.

Ordered on the app went to pick up first they say there is no ticket then they find it 20 minutes later then they say I didn't pay for it showed them the email confirmation that I did pay it on app even check the bank account to prove i payed told me have to pay didn't go thru asked for manager asked for this person name had no name tag and wouldn't give me is name never again at this restaurant

My fiance and I went through the drive through day. We received the best tasting hot food. The manager hand gave us our order with a huge smile. The manager Liana made our day so mchappy!

Went through drive thru order a big mac frys medium drink. Got up to window to pick up food, they said pull up waiting on frys. I pulled up and waited 20 minutes as approximately 15 cars went through drive thru as I waited. A lady was taking food out to other two cars waiting apparently screwing up there orders. She walked past me after 20 min wait and I shook my head. She said don't worry lady I gotcha apparently not. So as I sat there I called them and told them I have been sitting here for 20 minutes the lady said oh we didn't know you was out there OMG. Got food was not good you can tell food was not fresh. They gave me 3 coupons for stupid stuff one was to be used in Delhi ohio what I'm in kentucky. What a messed up place!

I can bet that 4 out of 5 orders going out of this drive thru are WRONG! To the blond headed lady throwing food out the window atleast say catch because you sure don't say anything else. If your going to accept the job just do it right.

Shake machine always down and we have to order through a third party, which cost way more and it’s doesn’t say it’s down on the app I use and I was still charged for it then had to spend another 16 bc everyone had a treat except for my grandson and had to get him something!!! This is ridiculous and app doesn’t want to give a credit, need to change the way it works. I should only be charged for what I received. Do better McDonald’s!!

Have a few things to say about this place, first, this morning I witnessed an emotional behind the counter wearing slides without socks standing next to the fryers... next to her was an employee in a different color shirt scratching his genitals. Not hand down pants but still scratching away at them. There's another employee that works mornings during the week that repeatedly gets our order incorrect and then complains and gives an attitude about having to correct it. I've lived in this area all of my life and have been going to this McDonald's since I was a little child and im telling you now that I will NOT be back to this location. I would highly highly recommend making the drive to Mt Zion rd and visiting the new McDonald's that was just built. The staff there is AMAIZING and I am a regular there during the week with my coworkers. So much that they know our orders and us by name and actually expect us there each morning. I regret not going there this morning but I will not make that mistake again. Sorry Erlanger, you've proved yourselves irresponsible and not sanitary and I hope corporate gets things sorted out but I doubt that they will. I've seen things like this get swept under the rug on multiple occasions. I will repost this if it gets deleted.
