Is got there at 1024 and paid for my order at 1025 I didn’t pull out the drive through parking spot until 1041! There was one person in front of me and he was in a parking spot waiting for his food, as soon as I pulled to the window they sent me to the parking spot! I only got 1 egg and cheese biscuit, scrambled egg instead of folded! The lady finally comes out bag in hand handing off other cars that came after me which was 4 people after me, then says cheeseburger? Umm no! She genuinely felt bad went back in and finally 3 mins later got it. She then says there are 2 meal cards in the bag for you… ok great 👍! Thanks. Then look at the cards and 1 expired yesterday. lol I just don’t understand! Can someone explain to me?

Not a Quarter Pounder Deluxe (see picture) large fries were more like medium fries. The lady at second window had me pull up when not busy at all to wait for this? I will not be back. I can tell why not busy at lunch time.

When I pulled through the drive thru, some blonde chick opened the windows and basically shoved my food at me and then slammed the window . Then I go to eat and my mccrispy was hard and dry and damn near black and on top of that my fries were cold and soggy. Worst experience ever, you should hire better workers not grouchy disrespectful people

I just went through the drive thru at morning rush & wow! Was it quick!! Fast & efficient! McDonald’s is McDonald’s. I know it’s fast food but when I saw the steak on the steak, egg & cheese bagel. I could only think of the old commercial, “where’s the beef”. As you can see by the picture, I have a lot of bun.. but it was tasty

Erlanger...alot..every day for coffnoee.Best coffee I n town.zWe love them.Great service.They know my order when the see our car.All the employees are friendly and do a great job.I always get LG. Sugar free vanilla ised coffee and large coffee with 7 creams...fresh...Such nice crew. Best in Northern Ky.

This location cooks the fries to perfection, literally every time. Sounds great, right? There's a catch. THERE'S NEVER ANY SALT ON THEM. This was my 5th and last trip there. Why, WHY would you not salt the fries?
