This location is closed and being remodeled into a sports bar
Extremely under staffed. Worst steak ever. It is supposed to be medium, but look at how burnt it is.

This review is for the Outback in the CVG airport. It's posted that they are open but my husband and I stood by the menus and reception area for approx. 10 mins with no response from the two lady's working there. My husband went up to the bar and asked if we could get a table for service and they said that the tables were not open and if we wanted to eat we would have to sit at the bar and they only offered a limited menu. There were plenty of open seats (they were not busy) but we did not understand why they wouldn't let us sit at the tables right by the bar. We would have even gone to the bar to pick up our order. They really seemed to not care at all so we left along with another family behind us. Not the customer service we are used to from other Outbacks. At this rate, I'd think they will have a hard time staying open.

This used to be my favorite location to eat at before my business flights, but the place has went downhill so much in terms of food and service. I went today to eat there and they rudely said bar seating only and I have a bad back and needed to work and can’t do that so I just walked out. Ashame they have ruined this location.

Very surprised that an airport location has such good taste food. This place needs staff badly, had to sit at the bar because they had no wait staff.

The service was very slow, this was actually due to the lack of servers. Nevertheless, the server's service was not great either. The quality of food and the taste was also pretty basic. I was ordering a steak with a salad as a side.The location itself is comfy and clean.

Steak came out cold, order was wrong and waitress changed my tip amount, overcharged by $5 when the total is clear on receipt. Called to straighten out, will not answer.

Your bartender is either incompetent or takes pride in not caring. 08 March at 430PM, maybe 6 people at the bar and he simple cannot be bothered. I get it if he were busy, but he’s mastered the art of ignoring people waiting to be served. Loss for your business and for his tip.

The food at this Outback was average, but the service was terrible. It took quite a long time for us to be seated (no employees around) and then when we finally got to our table, our server was very curt and she didn’t even ask us how we wanted our steaks cooked or what we wanted to drink. We didn’t end up getting any drinks for the entire meal. Our server then left to take a break without informing anyone, so we eventually had to flag another employee about getting our check.

Love my local Outback. This one gives the whole franchise a bad name.Waited at the entrance for over 5 minutes for a table.. to the point the barman apologized for the wait.. and there were 6 (SIX) customers in the place.Eventually was taken to a table. VERY limited menu with only 3 choices of steak.. ITS A STEAK PLACE folks!!Ordered the sirloin Medium WELL and a Blue Moon.. not the most complicated order in the world.After a few minutes the beer came (with no orange slice), where upon the waitress started having a coughing fit, spilling 1/4 of it on the table before walking away without a word of apology. Suffice to say, I didn't drink the beer.Next arrived the Bloomies .. didn't order them !! (But did have the Blue Moon, so I kinda see the mistake.)Next the steak arrived..it MIGHT have been Medium RARE if you held it up to the light bulb to heat it some more.. they took it back to reheat it.As others have said, don't go here unless you have plenty of time AND (I'll add) are prepared to be very disappointed.

Unfortunately you can’t give a zero star review. Visited Outback Steakhouse on 12/21 at CVG Airport and unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. My wife and I waited for service for 19 minutes we knew what we wanted as we walked in and stated such, however during which we observed a concerning pattern of service distribution. The bartender, whose name I didn’t catch, served several other customers promptly while seemingly overlooking us and a few others. It was particularly disconcerting that those who were not African American appeared to receive prompt attention. This perceived racial bias in service led us to leave the restaurant without dining. It’s disheartening to have such an experience, especially when looking forward to a pleasant meal out.
