Ordered a large 3 topping pizza for takeout. Cheese, onions and green peppers. I was actually shocked when I was ordering that it cost 2.50 for extra onions and an additional 2.50 for green peppers when I can buy a whole onion and a whole green pepper for less than 2.50 all together. Definitely didn’t get the extra. Anyway, pick up the pizza and I said a few choice words when I opened the box as there was literally 3 strips of onion and 3 strips of green pepper on a whole large pizza. 🤬🤬🤬 ..My daughter and I were hungry so We both put 2 slices on our plates as is. No additional seasonings or anything else. We ate exactly what was in the box. Approx. 2 hours later she was in the bathroom for quite some time as she was in pain and having severe diarrhea. That happened another 2 times before she felt that the worst was over. I went to the store to buy some cleaning wipes and Lysol spray and as I was driving home the severe pain started and I was sweating profusely and I knew I had to get home ASAP. I left everything in my car and ran like a bat out of Hell and let’s just say I’m glad I went to the store I WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!

I placed a pickup order and was shocked at how the employees almost avoided the customers. I know they were somewhat busy and only had 4 people working but they just seemed to have other stuff going on and not really concerned with getting customers in and out as quick as possible. The pizza was good but the breadsticks could've used more seasoning. Overall it wasn't bad but just now they are in no rush.

Absolutely AWFUL! Ordered 3 Large pizzas (1 BBQ chicken, 2 Pepp/saus with pizza sauce) All 3 were so dry. Honestly, I think they spread 1 teaspoon of sauce per pizza. I paid online and when they pizzas were ready, the guy pulled up my order on the cc machine and asked for a second tip! Don't waste your time or money at Pizza Hut Erlanger.

Stealing money, whether it’s employees or the store this is crazy!!! Over 4 people have been robbed and intentionally overcharged! Check your receipts and bank statements and call the police if they got you too!!!

Wow where to even start.. absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order for store pickup about an hour before closing time and did the pay cash at store option because my coupon codes wouldn’t enter at checkout. When I got to the store, there were three total employees visible. Not one of them greeted me or even acknowledged I was there, just continued on what they were doing. 5 minutes passes and still nothing. Not until a delivery driver comes inside to get another order to go deliver does one talk to me. Then I’m told that they don’t take coupons here, that there’s no way to enter them on the computer (mind you I’ve done this exact scenario successfully dozens of times at other locations and it was very easy), that there’s nothing I can do but pay full price or get back on the website and try to enter them again. 15 minutes go by of him arguing with me and legitimately just trying to cause trouble. Then, finally, the “new guy” comes over and offers to help and is able to enter the coupon codes on their register within 2 minutes!! I didn’t get names, because no one was wearing a name tag, but the “new guy” was a large set Caucasian man with a southern accent and the trouble maker was a foreign guy, short stature with black hair, who couldn’t speak or understand simple, everyday English. How is someone put in a management position and can’t even speak or understand English? To top it off, once I left, I realized my order wasn’t even made accurately.

I was very disappointed when my bf picked up this order. I was confused at what I was looking at. This Pizza Hut went downhill since the last time I’ve been here. I always order a hand tossed supreme pizza. The pizza itself used to be thicker and the crust is my favorite part. Only this time, this was the thinnest pizza I have ever had from here and I didn’t order the thin crust pizza. It was flimsy. It also didn’t taste the same at all. The crust was dry and inedible to me. I love the onions and bell pepper on here and they’re usually plentiful without needing to order extra, but tell me why I was actually able to count the peppers and onions on here? There was almost no onions, I’m not kidding, like 5 pieces of onions and the same goes for the peppers. I will not come back here again. And they suggest 18-25% tip?? I don’t think so. Go somewhere else. Mall Road Pizza Hut is better!

Don't order from this place can't contact anyone when they don't deliver all your food after waiting 2 hours today 11-20-24.was told by call center call tomorrow it's not even 9 pm ..I will get my money back .will not order from Erlanger store ever ... I recorded the calls and got hung up on...if they can't deliver call ppl and tell them and you need to deliver what I payed for half order not received .but I'll be calling back with my daughter tomorrow like call center said after the 4 call ..shame on you pizza hit
